We went in to another dent removal area who quoted us double what they charged us and they even took us in right then and there! We were super shocked on that response because the gentleman went to go look at the dent and gave us the quote and said give me 45 mins. We let them take our car and work on it because it was half the price, but weary as well. Across the street was the restaurant supply store so we went inside to kill some time and by the time we were done it took maybe another 10-15 mins but we are super impressed!! Will definitely take our other car that we bought from a private party in to fix their dents they had!! read more

This is a small shop that does great work. Brought in our daughter's Evoque for numerous repairs. We were thinking that we wanted to trade it in. Quite a bit less expensive than the big boy repair shops. Picked up the car today (one week later). Looks like a new car! They pay extra attention to the detail--no broken lenses, no body damage, no more broken plastic. All fixed!!! Highly recommend Dent Express. Will probably now keep the car, looks so good. So me being a dumba**, I backed up into my carport and scraped the side of my bumper. Normally, I would do it myself, but the damage was worse off then I thought so I decided to bring my vehicle in for an estimate since the reviews I saw online were pretty good. Let me say, I was not disappointed. Lyle, the owner, was very thorough in what he quoted me, and I agreed, signed the paperwork, paid, and UBER'd my way home. While I was there, he told me to call around 5ish to see if the car would be ready. If not, (since the buff and clearcoat may not have dried by then), he would have come in on a Saturday to ensure my car was properly turned back over to me. So anyways, I call, and he said to come in and they would wait for me. I finally made my way over there with Uber, and when I got out, Lyle greeted me, gave me a walkaround of my car. They then proceeded to wash it, touch up a few minor spots, and I was on my way. This is by far the best body shop I have ever experienced. If I could give more stars, I would!! I always patronize the small business owner over the chain business. I am a United States Marine, decorated combat veteran. This place is a scam. I was given an esteimate by Maaco to remove rust around my windshield and paint my ford explorer for $750.00(there were no dents) Safelite told me Dent Express was a small business, so I took it there. Their estimate was $675.00 to just remove the rust around the windshield, at 3pm. Because I was having the windshield replaced on that day, I reluctantly gave the OK. When I arrived to pick up the auto @ 4:20pm, Safelite told me there was going to be rust under the rubber windshield trim, that would continue to spread, Dent express failed to remove. Dent express failed to remove 3 tiny 1/4 inch rust spots, grouped together on the top, that are now under the rubber windshield trim. When I asked about that I was told by the owner, Lyle, that if I brought it back he would only charge me $300.00 to remove the spots. I should have taken the auto to Maaco. They would have removed ALL the rust, added a rust preventative, and painted my entire auto. Lyle screwed a decorated Marine. He did the bare minimum, sanded the rust rust just on the windshield frame,(did not put plastic to keep the dirt and rust from getting into my interior) painted over it, and left all the rust dust/dirt on the inside of my car, for me to clean out. Dent express does not deserve 1 star. Customer beware, if they are CHEAP, you are getting what you pay for, and it won't last. It rained for 2 days after that. The windshield leaked. When they removed the windshield, the paint Lyle had put over his work came off. There was still rust. Dent Express Screws over their customers. The best most loyale friend you can have is a United States Marine. So you got your fast money Lyle, $675.00 for 1 hour of work. See you in court. read more

A Dent Express is amazing! We came by for a quote on Thursday, they said they could do the work on Monday, and have it complete by Tues afternoon. They did it! Perfectly, and with in a very reasonable budget! We would recommend them completely! Very disappointed! Went to A Dent to have minor dents repaired. The size of the dents were like something from a hail storm. I also asked about having the fine scratches buffed out of my trucks paint. The guy assured me they could eliminate most of them. He also claimed they could do minor paint touch up! I was told to bring my truck in on a Wednesday and it would be done on Friday. Called on Friday and they said it would be done by 4:00. I thought I would drive by and see if my truck was inside being worked on. No, it was outside and the truck only had the dents repaired. I was assured that 4-guys would be on it after lunch to work on the fine scratches. That's when I should have settle up and taken my truck. Hmmm...its 1:00 and going to be done by 4? When I returned at 4:00, I checked out my truck in the parking lot and there was left over paste in many areas of the truck. Paste film on the windshield, and even on my door panel inside!!! The guy had to come out and rub them off. The top middle of the hood wasn't even touched! The touch up was pretty crud also! Listen, you want minor dents repaired their probably ok but what I got was a rush,crappy semi-fancy wax job for a lot of money. My thoughts...dent repair good BUT THATS IT! read more
