They have really up'd their variety of personalized items, such great wide selection now, in which most can b ready in an hour. They still have their old school traditional snow globes that wind and play music, glass ware & flask, professional pens, clocks, office desk & wall decor, picture frames, wedding gifts, award plaques, etc. What I found new & amazing is the wide selection of sterling silver & gold plated jewelry (necklaces & bracelets) with different stones & cubic zirconia diamonds, lots to chose from, great styles for all ages, infant to senior citizens. Plus, they have great variety of colors and sizes of water containers (Ex.- hiking style hydro flasks)that can b personalized too... I got a beautiful heart charm & necklace for daughters bday, I personalized it- and Thank U to Mitzi for all Ur help and patience in making this beautiful & unique "forever" present, it's a small heart and Mitzi erasures me I could put daughters 5 letter name on front side and Mom on back side, I was extremely surprised & very impressed how the outcome turned out. And I didn't come in for this originally but saw the jewelry and couldn't resist. Something else that quickly caught my eye too was the personalized sewn afghans, baby blankets, quilts, teddy bears, travel to gym bags & totes, unsure what the turn around time is for these to be sewn & personalized, but I'm almost sure it's not an hour. The store is well organized & clean. And enough staff during this busy Graduation & Fathers Day season. All the staff were easy to talk to & knowledgeable about their store products which made shopping easy, fast, and less stressful. Prices for the variety of great gifting items were affordable, especially with store promos of B1G1 half off or another deal B1 jewelry G1 keepsake box of Ur choice for free. I ended up giving my friend who is retiring (original reason for coming in) the free keepsake box since I bought my daughters necklace, such a great savings of $25. BUT as expected, the personalization is costly, I spent $33 for personalizing my friends keepsake box, and $27 for daughters charm, but sooo worth the unique surprise for loved ones. There is also, a club card to earn points and free money for future purchases for only $5 a year, after seeing the many new unique items & my favorite -the jewelry. I joined instantly and already have an idea of my next purchases. I'm definitely excited about returning for my own "wants" first than, presents for others (hahaheh

My parents were very happy with their gift and I didn't have to sell my kidneys to purchase it. Great success!

Then we come a few days later to drop off the urns and they say "we can't engrave this brass urn because it will chip the paint..." okay fine so we get some plaques engraved to stick on the urn. They say "it should be ready tomorrow we will start on this right away!" ... two days pass then we don't hear from them... so I call to check on the order, the guy says "we haven't started the order I'm waiting for my manager so she can oversee because I have no idea what to do" and I'm like "can we please start this as soon as possible, the service is the day after tomorrow" and then they started as soon as I called, not before not after, despite saying they would take care of us as soon as possible. So they told us to come in 1-2 hours and the plaques would be ready. We came in 3 hrs later and they were rushing to finish. The plaques were stuck on kind of ugly, you can see the adhesive and it looks obvious and unprofessional. When I mentioned this the worker said "it's because we're rushing to stick these on". They even deviated from the original plan of plaque placement and had us purchase a stand to place one of the plaques on at the last minute. I wish that they would've taken time and care with my sister's husbands urns, but they didn't and she was too deep in grief to care. I would not recommend this place if you are grieving and need personal, special care.

Whoa! It's been 9 years since my last review; time for an update!…read more This is one of the few malls that's still thriving. After Sears closed, they tore it down and are now building a nice outdoor retail/dining area with some decent restaurants. I'm not sure why apartments taking over a mall parking lot are such a big deal, and not sure I would want to live that close to a major mall, but I assume they make money. The one they do is take up parking. Which is my only complaint. Parking here can be a pain. Whatever you do, never park in the parking garage next to Nordstrom's when it's busy. The cars backed up on the street can be insane, and the guys with the flags to control traffic seem to be there only to help pedestrians cross the road. The last time I tried to park there, we ended up on the very top, which was also full, and only got a spot because someone left. Parking behind the men's/houseware Macy's store used to be great, but then they locked those doors. During the holiday, parking is already bad enough, but with this expanded area, it's only going to get worse. Inside the mall, I do love the mix of stores. The food court has just enough variety to make most people happy. It's also a great mall for walking, especially if you end up parking far enough away from an entrance to earn some extra steps.

The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because of an unfortunate experience at the Starbucks inside the mall. One of the employees was rude and dismissive toward someone using a wheelchair, which was disappointing to witness. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and I hope management addresses the importance of providing courteous and inclusive customer service. Aside from that experience, the rest of the mall was enjoyable, and the other employees I encountered were friendly. I'd still return to shop, but I hope the customer service at Starbucks improves.

What's sad for the surrounding community is that this mall could potentially turn into a data center in the future, which is unnecessary in this area. I hope the residents can do whatever they can to successfully prevent the city from turning this place into a data center.
