NYC's Wildest Multi-Course Dinner Party right now!…read more Born at EDC in Las Vegas, Salvage City Supper Cclub brings its chaotic multi-sensory dining experience to Paradise Club -- blending Michelin-level dining with acrobatics, live performances, music, art and ritual-driven storytelling. The entire night felt raw, immersive and completely unpredictable -- felt like stepping into another reality for a few hours. Definitely one of NYC's most unique nights out right now. Dates till August only! Don't miss out! Check out their website for details. Follow me @foodie.elite on IG and Tiktok for more great finds.

Came here for the Moonrise show. You line up in the lobby along the left side and once they're…read moreready to let you up, they scan your tickets once you get to the elevator bank. Upon exiting the elevator they make you feel like you enter "paradise", do some tarot card reading by asking for your birthdate, and then get some beads with perfume dropped on them depending on which card you got. After all of that, none of those stuff mattered. We were served a three course meal before the actual aerobics show happened, but they still had performers perform while we had our meals or a few drinks. I enjoyed their Crescent Dip, which is a hummus dip with whipped feta and comes with a massive chip. The Full Moon Rice I wasn't really a fan of. After those two, they came out with the entree, which they called Fire, Water, Earth; essentially beet, halibut, and short rib. These were alright, not amazing. The third and final course came during the intermission of the show, which was a bunch of dessert treats and they were delicious. The show itself was fantastic. It was more than just aerobics, has there are also singing, dancing, and violinist. You may get wet in the front so FYI. There's also some fire involved. Overall, a well put together show. I'd probably skip the food, but the drinks were great.

I wanted to begin by thanking my girlfriend and the staff for making this an exciting and memorable…read moreevent. My gf surprised me with front row seats to the show. We were literally in front of the stage. If you buy a seat and not a table you must go to bar and order whatever drinks you like. The drinks are fairly priced (had goose island on draft all night). Now let's assess the show. It starts with this quirky MC that comes out and introduces his quirky self and the performing aerialist and burlesque dancers. All of the burlesque dancers were very talented and they all had different personalities. You had the happy one, the sassy one, the fun one, and the evil one lol. The aerialists were very talented and disciplined as well. The Brazilian girl kicked ass! Now to make the night even more interesting I was volunteered on the stage by my gf for a little competition to win a free drink. I will keep the details of what I had to do to myself but I ended winning a free drink on stage. Overall I had a great night and the staff was very friendly and interactive. I would definitely come here in a big group or with a significant other. There are also plenty of things to do in the area such as Brooklyn bridge park. FYI look out for Groupon and LivingSocial deals.

Much to my dismay, the nearby Galapagos art space closed down a few months ago -- forcing it's…read moreinhabitants to scatter across the city. I started receiving emails that some of the performers transitioned from Galapagos to Below the Bridges and welcomed the opportunity to check it out. The host, bastard Keith was raunchy as always. He worked the audience and while entertaining, his entire performance was less scandalous than something you'd see at the slipper room. Sometimes it's more fun when things are eluded to than blatant, outright perversion.. Jenny Rocha and her troupe exude class, talent and skill. All of their lineups were engaging and appealing, especially the "hospital/surgery" performance. I was snickering the entire time! The rest of the performances were professional, all with some form of appeal and talent. The venue space is fantastically lit but, a little uncomfortable. The Aeriel/ribbon performers looked precariously close to the tables. We were awkwardly seated under the stairs at the end of the back row. As the stage manager was moving props next to me, I felt cramped between the bottom of the stairs and the wall. Additionally, I had to constantly reposition and myself so I could see the acts that weren't performed directly on stage. In short, I couldn't easily see the show - and for once in my life it wasn't because of any vertical disadvantage. While a table certainly would have been more cozy, and had a much better view, I didn't feel the $50 minimum per person (in addition to the ticket) was worthwhile. I also didn't want to be forced to eat there considering the plethora of dinner options across the east river... Doors open at 8:30, but it's essentially dead until 9:10.

SARAH, the security guard is a predator!!!!…read more I went to House of Yes last night for Futch, a lesbian dance party. I been a couple times before and met Sarah there. She was always so friendly and flirty with me. Last night I came with my new partner. As soon as we walked in, she was standing nearby and she looked angry seeing us together. The rest of the night, all I could feel were her eyes on me from afar. At one point, she passed by me and secretly caressed my ass. I felt very uncomfortable and asked my partner if we could leave right after. I didn't feel safe asking for a manager to report her as she's already a supervisor security there. This is supposed to be a safe space and I DID NOT FEEL SAFE!!! Apparently from another person there, she gets "around" with girls there and even denied someone entry because they were no longer together. I would think she would be more respectful and keep it professional. I DID NOT CONSENT FOR HER TOUCHING ME LAST NIGHT!!! It's gross to think this is their employer. I will no longer be going back and neither will some of my other friends. It sucks, I really loved that party.
