She was amazing and super flexible and patient along our planning months. Our driver one night was Tony, who was amazing. The rest of the time was Brandon, who was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone at Napa Native was extremely professional, completely knowledgeable of the area, and was like just having another member of our family each day. Multiple times during our trip, which was three couples, we said how much this was totally worth it. Highly recommend using them over and over. The tour in 2026 only went to 3 wineries. Two were just ok and one was not good. I don't think anyone on our tour purchased anything here. The time at each winery was like a typical tasting with some information on their winery. But no real information on Sonoma and Napa and the history of the area. At the end our driver had no clue on our discount and kept telling me he would get in trouble for charging me less. He insinuated I was making it all up. In the end he did honor the discount but seemed he did it as a favor not that it was a program that Platypus participates in. All in all I was disappointed in this wine tour and would no go on a platypus tour again and would not recommend them. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day.
