Two years later, multiple roofing inspectors are now saying I need a complete reroof due to the shingles being at end of life. Im shocked as the inspection InspectPro did merely 2 years ago should have caught this and I could have negotiated it with the seller at the time (the whole point of doing a property inspection to begin with). I spoke to Rob, the inspector, and he said the company does not comment on the condition of the roof. Thats why they recommend folks get a 5 year certification from a roofing company. Ridiculous as an inspection conveys the condition of the house. Bottom line: I think he dropped the ball on the roof. Im reluctant to give bad reviews to small buinsesses but I wanted to share my experience and hope someone else will not experience this. Suffice it to say, I will not being using them again.

They installed the system in our sump pump pit. After the installers left, our sump pump was not working and the pit was filling up with water. I reached out to Joe, our salesman and left messages for him. My husband called one of the installers and said the sump pump is not working and we are worried that our basement will flood. His response: Maybe you need a new sump pump! No offer to come and look at the installation! Finally my husband got a hold of someone the next day (Joe never did return my calls) and a different installer was sent out. Guess what? We did not need a new sump pump! The installers had the float stuck under the system and it was repaired. Second issue: We were left a second radon test to do after the installation. It was mailed in on August 6, 2025 and we never received the results of that second test. I called Protect Environmental on August 26 and was told that Joe would call me back. Guess what? It is now September 3, and no call from Joe or anyone else about the results of our second test. From Centennial, CO

When he first came to our house to leave the radon test equipment, he told me that the house should have been closed up 12 hours prior to the test, but no one had called me to tell me that information and I told him I had flunked mind-reading 101. He is abrupt bordering on just plain rude and I would never recommend him.

He pointed out things that I would have never thought of, like a brand new roof that wasn't installed correctly. I never knew that this could happen, but it does I guess. I've used other inspectors in the past and they don't hold a candle to Tom. The other people I have used have given me weak reports that make it difficult to ask the seller for concessions. With Tom's DVD reports, you can show the seller exactly what is wrong, and let them listen to Tom's affirmative description. I can't recommend this business enough.
