A few years ago, when ours unexpectedly went out, they were like a SWAT team. They arrived quickly, cleaned everything up, and had a new water heater installed in no time. This morning, I took a very cold shower, which was not how I wanted to start my day. We discovered the pilot light had gone out. My husband tried resetting it without success, so he called them. They asked him to send a few pictures, immediately diagnosed the issue, and texted him a short video showing exactly how to reset it. A few minutes later, we had hot water again.
