I had Exterior Crew perform a full siding replacement on my parent's house toward the end of last…read moresummer (2019) in preparation for its sale. Exterior Crew came in with a realistic bid and got the job. They started the job when promised and a friendly and professional crew showed up. During the work the crew was available for questions and were very courteous. The company management was always available by phone, text or email. During the initial phases of the work I received a 'right to lien property' notice from a materials supplier, which is a standard practice. I called the supplier and asked about Exterior Crew's payment history. They said they were good payers and that I really had nothing to be concerned about. Having had problems with liens due to poor character contractors, this was good news to me. After the job had started I noticed an exterior door that had dry rot at the bottom of the door frame. This had not been noticed previously and I asked what it would take to include the door replacement in the job. A fair add on price was negotiated and the company manager provided me a sample of available doors. One was selected and the door was put in with no hassle. Exterior Crew also does painting but I have a house painter friend and I was able to have him come in after and do his thing. At least one of the other bidders for this work did not like that I had my own painter and I feel their bid included a penalty for not having them do the additional work. Exterior Crew was fine with this situation and just did their work with no issues. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did a reasonable cleanup after. I couldn't ask for anything more on the siding job While the siding job on the house was underway, I had a long term commercial tenant in a building I manage request the exterior be painted ASAP. The owner's are responsible for the building exterior per the lease. By this time it was getting into September and I really needed the paint job to get done fairly quickly to beat the cool wet weather. Exterior Crew was able to get painters on the site within a reasonably short period of time. Due to the tight time frame I was unable to secure multiple bids, and I am not confident in knowing specifically how much this job should cost. As beating the weather was the most important issue I just went ahead and had Exterior Crew do the work. While I cannot attest to the competitive cost of the paint job, the most important thing to me was getting the painting done quickly and if it turned out that I paid a bit of a premium for this, then so be it. They solved the problem for me and the tenant was happy. That's all I really needed. At time of this writing I have discovered a dry rot problem at my house. I've performed some small dry rot repairs on my own, but this one is more involved than I want to tackle. I've asked Exterior Crew to come and give me an estimate because I have confidence in their work and appreciate how they operate their business.

I can highly recommend Exterior Crew for your next exterior renovation project. We hired them to…read morereplace our siding, fascia, soffits, and gutters and we are very happy with the results. We got several bids for the project and they came in very competitive. The owner, Vasyl, was very friendly and provided us with a range of options for our project. He also has a good eye for design. The project manager, Roman, was also very friendly, did a good job keeping us in the loop, and focused on making sure we were happy with work as it was done. A few unexpected things came up, as they often do with old homes like ours, and Roman did an excellent job communicating them to us and getting our input before proceeding. The crew was friendly, on-time, and did excellent work. Overall, we are very happy with how the project turned out and the experience we had with Exterior Crew.

Ivan and his team arrived on time and completed the install, replacing the exterior window and the interior door trim to match what was installed (but with better quality). Ivan was even able to address our misaligned original window trim. Now our drafty house feels sealed and quiet, with a noticable decrease in the time the heater is running. Kirill was responsive to any questions and worked with us to resolve a misunderstanding of weekend scheduled work. Ivan, Roman, and Teras were all attentive to our interior and made a point to clean up afterwards.

He helped me understand how to improve both sound dampening and energy efficiency, which was incredibly helpful. Kirill is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process smooth. I ended up purchasing all of my windows through him and was very happy with the level of professionalism and support I received. I will also add that He did a good job of keeping up ongoing communication regarding the delivery date of my windows and helpful with working with having to deliver them to an alternate location since I wasn't able to deliver them directly to my house when they arrived. Very helpful. I highly recommend Kirill and his team for your next project!

About the only thing they could improve on is some of the installers were very late coming to some of the scheduled install days. Overall, we would use them again.

My great experience with Energy Exteriors NW started this year at the Seattle Home Show when my…read morewife and I met Eric Gramonte. We had met several window people at the show, but Eric set himself apart by being truly knowledgeable about his products and his demeanor put my wife and I at ease. We set up 3 companies, including Energy Exteriors NW, to come to our home and give us bids to replace all of the windows (13), our French Door, and sliding door. Again, Eric set himself apart by giving us an all inclusive, straight forward, no baloney, and highly competitive quote right off the bat. One other company was over $10k higher! The second was several thousand higher even with the exact same windows, but lowered their price (and content of their offering) to get more competitive with Energy Exteriors NW. They actually, eventually beat their price, but we went with Eric. We ordered all Milgard Trinsic V300 for the windows and slider and the Ultra C650 for the French Door. Our order actually came in early so our installation was moved up 2 weeks. Raymond, Zack, and the rest of the installation crew were total professionals. Installing windows and doors is a messy business, but they managed to keep our home about as dust free as you could hope and the area around our home was equally tidy. They had the use of our guest bathroom and you could hardly tell they were there. They were quick and efficient craftsman that did an amazing job of making our home and our windows look like a million bucks. The installation took 3 days. We couldn't be happier! Thank you to Eric, Raymond, Zack, and everyone else at Energy Exteriors NW.
