I live in an apartment and didn't have a water hookup for a power washer, but he still made it work with the tools he had. He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. There was a thick layer of dust on the panels that I couldn't get off myself, and he completely took care of it. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how flexible and helpful he was despite the limitations. Very affordable as well. Window wizards was not the cheapest option but their contract was thorough and so we expected their services to be thorough as well. We were highly disappointed and will not use their services again. We didn't realize the bottom track of each window wasn't included in the price. Upon realizing this factor, we called the business and paid to add the service. The gentlemen then began carelessly working on the task. They did not clean their areas, in fact, my husband had to get the shop vac to clean up their messes after they left our home. The workers mis counted the windows-another example of their lack of attention to detail. They were rushing and clearly just wanted to be done. We wrote the company with our concerns before writing this review. It has been more than two months since our letter and we have not heard from them regarding our concerns.
