After some research on Yelp I found that Tire Boss had overwhelmingly positive reviews for the services that I was looking for and my experience was consistent with others. I bought a car fairly recently and had developed a very slow leak in my front tire. I brought it into Tire Boss where my technician Eric greeted me in a friendly manner and proceeded to inspect my car in a short amount of time. Once he was done inspecting the tire, he explained to me that he found a puncture and quoted me a price to repair it which was lower than I expected to fix it. He did not push for any other unnecessary repairs and I even asked if my wipers needed replacements, of which he provided a detailed explanation of why the replacement could wait with an explanation of when I should get them replaced (when streaks appear). Once I agreed to the repair and price, the team quickly performed the service and I was ready to go -- in and out in less than 1 hour including a short wait. After it was done, Eric proceeded to check me out with an explanation of the services performed including filling up all the tires to the manufacturer's suggested pressure and pulled up the vehicle directly to the door. Overall I was quite happy with how quickly service was performed, the reasonable prices, no hidden fees, not being upsold on any items, and having the same technician work with me from the beginning to end of the process.

Anywho, Just Tires was super busy on this particular Friday evening and I was informed to wait 2-hours. Thankfully, they have some stuff to entertain you with, including a TV in the waiting room showing Big Bang Theory, coffee, and if anything, free Wi-Fi so you can mindlessly scroll for hours as you wait. I was informed that I did indeed have a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, I had to replace two of the tires, as the tires were stock as was more bald than Mr Clean. The technician was nice enough to show me the nail and after figuring out which tire to get, I was out the door in no time. All-in-all, decent enough service, with no huge pressure to upcharge me.

I took the car to the tore shop where they checked the tire to find two holes and the tire filled with fix a flat. These tires are run flat tires with the foam run flat liner. These fix a flat ate the foam liner causing it to delaminate from the tire and ruin it. When I contacted Omar about this he denied it and everything short of told me to kick rocks. I brought it into discount tire and was anticipating the worst. Initial observation was that it might have been one of the beads leaking. Therefore, I probably have to get a new wheel. Jacob at the front desk was gracious enough to have the wheel tire looked at within 30 minutes. I got a call back stating that it was the valve. As I went to go retrieve my wheel, Jacob had mentioned that it was free of charge and that no fee was going to be given. That's just one of the many reasons why I love discount tire. They took what was the tired 13-year-old Fiat coupe with 69,000 miles on it. And they basically turned it into a new vehicle that has 2500 miles on the tires up restoration. Consumables were replaced, marginal items were replaced, new rubber and tuning the engine and the drivetrain. And because they did such a fantastic job it made sense for us to continue forward we had the interior redone and a European retrofitted screen that's actually built for the Fiat 500s. Wouldn't have done that if the work didn't turn out as good as it did. Just took it in the other week for an annual physical. One of the senior guys drove my car in to the facility and he said "she's got something knocking under there". (Nothing I ever heard but guess what? he hit it right on the head. And even that was under the warranty for the work that they had done. I would also add if it wasn't covered the price that was going to appear on the invoice was minuscule for parts and labor no arguments! The hell with comfort I'm driving it out to California to see my daughter this year! I believe the $$$ tab came just slightly over the Blue book value of the car. I couldn't be more thrilled. I didn't notice until I got back home that they DAMAGED my new wheel. Of course since I didn't check before, nothing they can do. At first I'm thinking I'd be there for a considerable amount of time, as four other people were waiting for repairs. The TPMS diagnostic check is free of charge. And a new sensor is just 100 bucks plus tax. That's not bad for the convenience. To my delight, they popped in a new sensor and reset my TPMS indicator light in only 20 minutes! I give the highest recommendation for this store and will be back in the near future.
