Horrible. I will never return. I made an appt for an oil change this morning at 7:30 and the man I spoke to said he would "have me out in 30 mins" he confirmed I was waiting for my car. I got to the place, the rude guy at the desk said " I have it as you are dropping it off" I said no that is not what was arranged. I said I can wait for my car, he said wait where?? I was so angry. I was having car problems late afternoon on a Thursday. I called around to every shop I could think of and everyone I called said they couldn't look at it until the next week. I live over an hour away and panic started setting in .. not sure how I was going to get home. I remember driving by Casey Automotive about a mile from my work. I called them and they said if I could get it there they would try to look at it and possibly fix, but could not promise. I literally limped it into Casey Automotive around 4pm. Sean was amazing he took great care of me, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He had me out the door by 5:45 and heading home. I needed more work done, but he got my car up and running to get me home. I am sure that this is a situation that doesn't happen often, but it is why I'm writing the only review I've ever done. I got an oil change last week, and as part of the service, they rotated the tires without asking me. A day after driving nearly a thousand miles, I discovered that one of the rotated tires was not tightened enough. This was unacceptable, and could have killed me and my family. I do not think the tire needed to be rotated (new tires were recently added on the back and the tread was low, but fine). It's carelessness and otherwise ruined what was a great experience. read more

My car had multiple issues wrong with it. Sean K. suggested that we contact the insurance company so he can double check the work they said they had done on the car previously. Sean and his team also ran a diagnostic test to double check if they were missing anything by accident. Sean K went over and above to work with the mechanics to check any other possible reasons my car could have so many problems going on. He reassured that the problems that were going on with my car are unusual and is more of an anomaly than the norm. For someone to go over above their job to make sure they are not cheating their customer is rare. I trust his expertise. Casey is a great local shop for your minor to moderate automotive needs. My dad has been going here since I can remember, and I've started going here now that I have my own vehicle. The prices are really reasonable. Don't get fooled by those coupons from the "oil change places. " The people at Casey are very honest, never over-estimate or recommend work that doesn't need to be done. They warranty their work and will resolve any issues without hassle. They will honor parts warranties for suppliers they deal with, even if you got the work done somewhere else. They go above and beyond too. They fixed a body issue for me free of charge even though they don't do bodywork (my bumper was loose). read more

The guy at the desk gave me the impression of being a bit "shady" when he quoted me a price on a new tire and a used tire for my car when I had a slow leak in the right front passenger side tire. The honest mechanic. If you can find one, hang on to them! The folks at Casey Auto fall into that category. I had new tires put on 6 mo ago and received a free alignment. They also quoted me for some other work and having repaired enough cars, their prices are very reasonable. Today, I had a slow leak in my tire and they repaired it for free because I bought the tire there. They've earned my business on all my cars moving forward. My only advice, get here early. There is usually a line out the door in the morning which speaks volumes of their customer loyalty. read more

I was at Casey's earlier this morning to get an oil change and for the technician to take a look at the brakes as well. I was so impressed with Mike and Augi, who interacted with the customers with courtesy and kindness. I work in Customer Service, and I notice when people go that extra step to help customers feel heard and cared for. These guys were very impressive. At least twice during my wait time, I saw Mike invite a customer into the shop to look at their car to see what problem was being fixed. That's honest service going above and beyond. The price they quoted for the work on my car was half of my neighborhood mechanic's price. Fair prices, honest work. They could've told me that both of the issues on my car need to be fixed right away and tried to charge me thousands of dollars but they were very honest. when my radiator was leaking I took it here to get replaced since I was previously happy with the job they had done for me. The initial radiator replacement went fine even though it took a little longer than they had estimated but no big deal. When I pick up the car they told me that there is a guarantee on the radiator and if I ever had any problems to come back. About five months later the radiator they put in was leaking. I called brought the car back in and since it was under guarantee they had to put a new one inFor no additional cost. This time it took almost 2 days for the radiator to be swapped out and when they called me to tell me the car is ready they said that my body of the car was supposedly crooked and that's what was causing the radiator to leak and if they would no longer honor the warranty they had given me. Here we go again another 5 to 6 months later everybody leave the radiator was leaking once more. This time I took it to a little gas station by my house for them to repair and when they called to tell me the radiator was replaced I asked them if they could see any reason Why two radiator within less than a year would leak. He told me no. I asked about my car body being crooked and that tech also said there was nothing wrong with the autobody and it was probably just the installation or the parts the other shop used. It has now been over one year since I've had this radiator in my car and thank goodness I have had no other problems since I took it to a place other than Casey's. I know every repair is different but ask questions and make sure you get that warranty if you choose to use this place read more

My second visit was not satisfactory. I gave myself plenty of time to get an oil change and make it to work on time. But like last time it took over an hour. It took over 25 min to get it into the bay then over 30 min to complete the job. Of course, the technician comes out with filthy air filters. No discount today. I wanted say something but decided not to. It would have not been good for my blood pressure. They could have said from the beginning,, we are backed up and can't promise we get you out within an hour. This was disappointing. I will go back to the place I left.
