A+ Italian Steakhouse has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I've been here several times, and every visit has been consistently great. The food is absolutely delicious , you can really tell they put care into every dish. Restaurant is clean & quiet . Perfect for a date night ! What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. The owner, bartenders, and waitstaff are all amazing, friendly, attentive, and they make you feel genuinely welcomed every time. When we arrived the restaurant was a little warm. But they immediately turned off the fireplace. We waited about 30 min before any server came to approach us or offer apps. But after that he was fantastic! The octopus wasn't cooked well but everything else was really good. I'd give it another chance and see if it was just a busy night. If I could make one suggestion to the manager or owner, tell the staff to be more aware of the guests elbow or chairs while they walk. I was bumped 3-5 times and it was a bit obnoxious. read more

We can't wait to come back to A+ Italian Steakhouse. Friend and I wanted Italian and hubs wanted seafood. This restaurant is the perfect spot for it! It's a quaint restaurant with high ceilings, chandeliers, a nice wooden bar, and spacious dining area with tables spread apart well. This was an elegant setting and can be perfect for a date night or fun dinner with friends. We enjoyed listening to Frank Sinatra being played throughout dinner! We sat in front of the speaker so depending on the song it was a little loud, but we appreciated the timeless music to go with the classiness of the restaurant. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. He took our drink order and gave us the time we needed to look over the menu. We started with mussels in white sauce and a dozen baked clams. They were fresh and there was plenty for us to share. Our server understood we wanted to wait to order our entrees after our appetizers and we never felt rushed during our meal. For dinner I ordered the gnocchi with 4 cheese and they were light and pillowy! Hubs ordered the Zuppa de Pesce and it was packed with fresh, well cooked seafood! He appreciated that the calamari contained all the parts and not just the rings. My friend's lobster pasta was so delicious. The sauce was so tasty, the shrimp was cooked perfectly crunchy, the pasta was well filled with lobster. Dinner well exceeded our expectations! We ordered desserts to go. The tres leches cake and tiramisu were rich and sweet. Hubs ordered the jumbo chocolate cake slice and they were not kidding about jumbo slice! We enjoyed it immensely along with our teenage sons! Delicious food, ambiance and drinks! Even though it was a busy night on the 23rd, we were treated so well and were constantly checked on. We had the fresh bread, delicious calamari and shrimp (coconut and cocktail) for appetizers. I chose the penne Asiago and my partner had the chicken Parmesan. I had a lovely dinner at A+ steakhouse and everything we ate was tasty, especially the grilled Octopus, Caesar salad and the whipped mashed potatoes. The Wagyu Tomahawk steak was prepared well too, but had a lot of fat on it. The lobster pasta was a little over cooked as the stuffed pasta broke upon spooning and the lobster and shrimp were on the tougher side. Tiramisu was great. The fudge cake was dry and too sweet. The old school fancy Italian-American decor with large crystal chandeliers, paintings on wooden walls, giant Christmas tree and Frank Sinatra playing is pretty neat. The staff serving us were warm and friendly, but overly eager to clear our table. Where we were seated, we felt a very cold draft surrounding us throughout dinner so that was uncomfortable. My guests had a great time nonetheless and will be back. Will ask for a table by the fireplace next time and try other items on the menu. read more

We were super excited that another steakhouse moved into this space. It's such a cute little restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great! We were thanked multiple times for coming in. I had the French onion soup (has a slightly different name on the menu) and it was so good. They had a piece of garlic bread that was crunchy and tasty! I ordered the chicken Marsala and my husband got the ribeye. So good! We had potato sides that we ordered that were decent. So this was our third time here. This time we were celebrating a birthday. Aldi the manager and Donald our waiter, Went above and beyond. I had the New York strip steak and my wife had the chicken piccata. Our meals were top notch full of flavor and cooked to our request. Very cool little downtown, walking to A-1 is even fun as you taking in all the great smells. We had reservations on Saturday night, arrived and we were seated right on time. Very nice relaxed feel, maybe a bit noisey, but not to the point that is created any issues. Cocktails were fantastic, has a Cosmo and Old Fashion, both great and served in a very timely manner. My wife and I each had different salads, both excellant. I had the 22 ounce rib and I have to say, one of the better ones I've had and to be very honest, I have dined at some spectacular places. My wife had the filet and also top shelf. Try as I might, I was not able to find anything that was a concern, so it's very high on my list of palces to try. read more

We pulled into a parking area a little over a block away and walked to the restaurant... once we were inside I asked the host if we had needed to pay for parking... he wasn't sure, but immediately called for his valet to run to my vehicle and bring it to the restaurant... amazing service, I was sold and we hadn't even sat down. Upon sitting down, all of the servers were extremely attentive and knowledgeable... Our drink order was taken immediately and was served promptly. Wow shockingly bad. I ordered the lobster bisque and it had hammered dried out salmon in it (the description only mentioned lobster). I asked the GM if it was supposed to have salmon in it and he said it's "mixed seafood". WHAT? Then the really terrible excuse for a house salad came. It was iceburg lettuce with a mealy tomato wedge and one slice of cucumber. After that we cancelled our entrees and noped out of there. Don't waste your time and money on this place. read more
