I'm not really sure what happened to this place.. back when it was 4U and even when it was TU it was a salon with good technicians. But as a licensed nail tech, I was not happy. When I made the appointment I asked if they soaked off color gel and the lady told me yes they wrap the fingers but when I got my gel manicure the tech started to sand them off with the e file. I asked for it to be soaked and the lady sitting next to us who I am assuming is the owner said yes she's going to soak but they have to scratch the top. The efile bit she was using was not the kind to just scratch the surface and even though the other lady told me she would soak them I watched as she shaved off my pre existing gel manicure. After she was done taking them off she didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut or what shape and continued to just barely file my nails with a dirty file that had polish on it. The service in total probably took about 15/20 mins because she not do any prep work. Im giving more than one start only because they were at least nice but the service itself was worse than mediocre read more

So I came across this place because my old salon closed and I wanted a good place that would be local and not cost an insane amount. I found this place and the first time I went the people who worked there were attentive and helpful. The place is clean and organized. They have provided great pedicures for me and excellent gel fill ins. I'm a huge fan of Kate- the owner- she does an excellent job. I fully recommend this place! read more

If you're anything like me, then you deeply care about your nails. So who touches them, is a huge deal! I've been following Hannah through her different locations, and she landed here. I love coming here. The location is in a little strip mall with plenty of parking. Tom the owner, is also exceptionally nice, and he knows what he's doing. He did my nails, and I love how they came out. The prices are fair, and they have a large amount of colors to choose from. They also have powder! My last visit was my first time using it, and I'm hooked! I've referred my mom, fiancé, and daughter here. You know a place is good if you want your family to enjoy it as well. I needed a pedicure and decided to walk in. The staff is friendly and took care of me right away. The salon is very clean (which is super important to me). In fact, after the woman finished doing my pedicure, I watched her scrub the pedicure chair right after, so, yeah, super clean. They also have a large selection of nail polish colors and gels. you get what you pay for. the nails are terrible most of the time but it you're getting a simple color with gel then you'll be alright. it's not a great manicure or anything ... my cuticles and nails are a mess. they tried to fix it but it just wasn't working out. would not recommend. read more

I would always come to this salon to get my underarms waxed. A few weeks back, the lady who waxed me complained about the $3 tip I gave her (an underarm wax is $15. 20% of that is $3.). I thought she was just having a bad day, so I didn't think anything of it. I went back this weekend, and the lady who waxed me burned my underarms with the wax so bad that I cannot wear any sleeves for the time being. My underarms are so red from the burn that I was force to use Neosporin to calm the area. Even today, 2 days later, I'm still in a lot of pain and discomfort. I will no longer be going there and I don't recommend any one else going there either. read more
