You should schedule your electrical services with A Lighting! A Lighting was able to complete the services that I requested: Installed two new bathroom light fixtures, replaced a broken light switch, installed a new chandelier, and installed a new dimmer switch. I originally requested a quote from Cielo (A Lighting's customer relations manager) in January, but when I was ready to schedule services with A Lighting on March 15th, they came out the next day, and arrived as agreed. By far the best electricians in SFV, this is my second time using this company and again they exceeded my expectations. The first time I ever used them was during an urgent matter when my kitchen plugs were not working, they came and solved the issue in less than 30 minutes. This second time I had them focus on a not so urgent matter but definitely necessary, I added lighting under my cabinets, and had them update some old looking switches and outlets. I am an on-site property manager for a 6 unit apartment building and got permission from the owner to add some security cameras and lighting around the building as there have been some break ins around our area. I was shopping around for an electrician to install my electric vehicle charger about a month ago, I called several companies to get a sense of what it would cost me but was not ready to proceed yet. I was plugging in my toaster and my power immediately went out. I wasn't sure of what to do, but surely was wary of the prices out there and the risks associated with COVID. I considered doing it myself, but thought better of it - considering I broke my house by using a toaster. I Googled around for electricians in the area and came across A Lighting Team, previously recommended with high praise. They charged a small service fee to come and diagnose the problem, and hopefully fix on site. I was nervous for prices and the hoax of further problems being caused; however, when they came, all worries diminished! They were very transparent, explained everything that happened and steps they will take to fix the issue. They were very honest about pricing and were VERY REASONABLE! They fixed the problem within the hour and walked me through how to prevent this from happening again. They were VERY careful with their COVID protocol, wearing PPE and keeping distanced from me and my family. They occupied the least amount of space to keep us safe, and I felt very comforted knowing their awareness throughout. Adam and his team were terrific! For many years our house did not have any lighting around it, and we were at the mercy of the one and only street lamp post at the front. This somehow had worked, because we are in a pretty safe neighborhood, until it didn't. Some random person broke into my car twice! Argh. So, I put my foot down and called around to see if I can install lights around the house and a motion light on the driveway. Adam and his team offered the best and most cost-effective solution. They didn't oversell or try to get you to install what you don't need or want. Adam even said that I can start small and add only a few lights I need for the moment, then add more when I like the result and feel more financially comfortable. When they were at the house, they even helped me fix the light in the garage - they were in the garage to install the motion light on the driveway and noticed that the control of the garage gate was connected weirdly with an extension to a wall outlet. So...they just offered to fix it because it was a simple fix given their expertise! Not to mention that they were polite, thoughtful, efficient, and very transparent with their communication and service. They know their craft, and they deliver. We recently purchased a charming 1920 house, needless to say it needed some work done, we decided to start with the electrical which was the most urgent item on our list. Loved work Shlomo and crew did. I am network administrator in my day job; so when we were doing remodeling, I wanted to make some very specific changes in wiring the house for networking purposes. I was ready to explain in all details *how* I wanted the work done - but Shlomo just needed *what*, got everything right away and exceeded my very high expectations. Additionally, we added several appliances (in-door spa, bathroom fans and lightning) that required significant changes in high-voltage wiring as well. Shlomo collaborated with construction crew and on several occasions adjusted his schedule to minimize the damage to the walls and ceilings. I highly recommend Adam and his team. At this point they have helped with almost everything you could possibly use an electrician for in our house. They installed a new panel/service and rewired the entire house to code with permits and also worked with my husband's specific requests and needs as a lighting designer. They installed speakers, cameras for security and a 240v electric vehicle charging system. They really know their stuff and are willing to come out to help with small to large jobs with pricing that is very fair. I've used A Lightning several times - for both repairs and improvements to the electrical system in my house. They out-perform each time. The only negative thing I have to say is that they make all other vendors (for other services) look bad because they set such a high bar. They show up when scheduled, work extremely efficiently, take excessive care to protect the house from any accidental dirt, damage, or even scuff marks, are well priced, and the quality of their work is excellent. They keep me well informed and ask appropriate questions before doing work. Initially I thought it was just Adam who was so good, but now that I've used this company several times I see that everyone who works with him is on-board with the same high standards.
