My friend's omelette looked sad and said the cheese tasted like those fake squares. The lady taking my order wished me a better rest of my day, and was happy we were there :) So After we ordered and got our food, the manager (I assume) walked over to us, and said he was sorry about our experience at the other place. And all in good humor made us smile and giggle :) we were given coupons, and he said to come back to Tony's, they'd be happy to serve us again! My kiddos and I were acknowledged, seen, and loved on.
