ever go to the cleaners and feel rather like you've been taken to them? i've had some pretty lame experiences in the past and this place makes all the past experiences seem like a distant memory. the reason why is that is that all of their cleaning solvents and products are environmentally friendly. other places you can smell your clothes when you get them back (it's the starch i guess) but at this one their cleaning products are odor free. they may not be the cheapest but they're not overpriced either. their business strikes a balanced combination of environmentally consciousness and sensibly priced service. and i think i just sounded like a total business major nerd on that last sentence. wow. read more

I'm must definitely give this place 5 stars for sure. The ladies here are super friendly and provided excellent service. I asked for next day service and my clothing was ready as promised. My clothes was perfectly pressed just the way I like it and smelled fresh and clean and the best part no starchy smell. The prices are reasonable and they use environmentally friendly products which to me is another plus. I was happy to see that they offer alterations at reasonable prices as my previous alteration location closed so another plus. Very fast and great service. The owner is so nice and always helps me carry my stuff to the car because we bring a ton of laundry every week. The pricing is great too. I picked up 12 laundered shirts and 2 dry cleaned items today for under $30 bucks. They do great quality work and we will keep coming to this cleaners forever! read more

I can only speak about the alteration and tailoring service. I had three pairs of jeans hemmed and must say they did an excellent job. They also repaired a pair of suit pants that I ripped. I thought the rip was irreparable, but I was wrong. The repair was very detailed. You can barely tell that the repair is there. They even offered to not charge for the repair if I wasn't satisfied. Needless too say I was very satisfied. The price is also very reasonable. A+++ service. read more

This cleaners disappointed me I used to bring my dry cleaning for almost a year until a week ago. Brought a new unworn women's black blouse to have wrinkles either steamed or pressed out. When picked up blouse was grayish, cuffs and collar had been badly burned including the sleeve button. Employees stated manager sends cleaning process is out sourced no premises cleaning. I wanted to file a claim. I reordered another blouse to show Mgr quality comparison and presented the sell invoice all done to prove the depth of damages done to my clothes. Mgr accused me of trying to pull something over on him, refused to let me file a damage claim and hung up in my face. read more

I have been here for 2 years and needless to say, they are perfect. Even though it is not close from where I live but close from my office, I always bring my clothes here because they are so nice and have done a great job for my clothes. I'm sorry to say that after being a customer for years, I have switched to another cleaners in town. The change of ownership has never been explained properly. I understand why (now) because the new owner seems quite intense and sometimes rude. I found myself feeling sorry for those who work there. Prices also went UP and it was noticeable. They do a decent job on alterations but the prices are ridiculous. I have taken several dresses and everytime they charge me more than previous times. My dresses only require length adjustment, and they charge me almost the same amount I paid for the dress. Ridiculous. read more

I've been going to this cleaners for years. The lady is super nice, and even remembers my phone number and name at this point (maybe this says more about how much stuff I dry clean?) She is very conscientious, and makes sure that your clothes are NEVER misplaced, lost, damaged, etc. They have a little discount card that gives you a discount after a certain amount of $$ spent. Another nice little touch -- if they find a little hole or a lose zipper or something like that, they fix it at no charge! I definitely recommend this cleaner. read more

Fuck this place. Took two white polos that had stains. When I got them back it was like they didn't even worked on them. I took a brand new black Polo that I only got to use once, and I received a call about two hours later, I didn't answer cuz I was at work so they left a voicemail. She said that it changed colors and at first I didn't really understand what she was talking about cuz her English isn't that great ( not making fun of her or anything like that I don't speak it that we'll myself) so I couldn't make out what she was saying. The best cleaner in town! This place is my go-to cleaner for many years. Firstly, staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable, which make my money doubly worth. Been using their dry cleaning services for my formal dresses and my husband's suits couple times a year and our clothes were ready in time as they promised. Most of all, I have never been disappointed with their quality work. Recently, I gave it a try to clean my UGG with them and it came out like a brand new one just out of the box. Customer beware!! I brought in four panels of curtains. I asked the lady at counter how much it would be to clean them. She called a man from the back and talked to him in a foreign language then told me $15.00. I said ok great and she took my info. To my surprise when I picked them up the man said that will be $66.00!! I said no you said it would be $15.00!! He said no started chuckling and said it was $15.00 EACH!!! I can't speak for their dry cleaning services but their alterations are horrid. I recently took white sheer curtains in to have two inches hemmed from the top. After being overcharged and waiting a week I picked them up only to find dark black marks every inch all along the top of the curtains where they had marked them. After bringing them back they told me the marks were already there then later admitted to doing the damage. They did clean the curtains, but when I brought them home I realized they were uneven. They are expensive for simple dry cleaning on shirts. I took 8 shirts and paid 40 dollars which is a lot compared to other dry cleaners and then when I picked them up one was not In plastic(had to be the only white shirt) and to top it off the shirt look like the just pressed it! There were black marks all over it..one and only time I'll ever go here. Take your business elsewhere you'll save money and all your clothing will get back to you clean. read more

When I come home, I bring a huge load of dry cleaning with me... the clothing I bring back is always in rough shape because I work with patients and things can get messy fast. The only place that I take my clothing to get cleaned, pressed, and fussed over is A Martin Cleaners. It's a mom and pops store that really really cares about the quality of job that they do. They are meticulous about their work and can take out the worst stains. My clothing comes out looking new! I have tried many other places and the quality just does not compare. That's why I will hoard all my clothing until I can bring them here. I know that the staff can seems a bit rough, but honestly they do a great job and they do care about the work that is done. And if you get to know them, they are friendly and sweet. If you see how much effort they put in, the cost doesn't seen like it's enough.
