We were involved in a small front end collision, and brought our vehicle to A Master Touch. The insurance company sent out an estimator, and within 48 hours our small collision turned into a total loss, based on a spreadsheet valuation of our van commissioned by the insurance company. Kelly thought their valuation was off, and suggested that we hire an appraisor. Within a week, working with the insurance company's appraisor, our appraisor arrived at a figure that was over 35% higher than the insurance company's original valuation. Had it not been for Kelly's suggestion and direction, we would have been forced to settle for far less than the van was worth; with the new valuation, the insurance company is going to pay to have the van fixed, which is what we wanted all along. This is not our first experience with Kelly, nor will it be our last. I have nothing negative to say about these guys! Unfortunately someone hit my car in a parking lot, and I needed to have it fixed. I called Master Touch and Kelly was AMAZING! I wasn't even his customer yet and he came to my office, and took pics of my car and had a quote for me 2 hours later! He was very accommodating to the fact we work the exact same hours and was very flexible with me as far as scheduling went, and handled 99% of the insurance claim. When I agreed to have them do the work Kelly was upfront with me about parts and almost all things Ford being on back order. I had ZERO surprises, and my car was done when they said it would be. Had some minor rear bumper damage and it had to be repainted as well as have a cracked taillight replaced. I was recommended by my insurance to initially go to a different shop, however the vibe was just so off. I was recommended to come check out A Master Touch and immediately knew it was a good place to take my car. Kelly treated me like a friend and made sure that I knew every step in the process.
