I called Todd at TAPS Paintless Dent Repair, sent him a few photos, and he got back to me incredibly quickly with an honest, accurate quote. The dent was in a really difficult spot--directly on a hard body line of a Mazda door with double-wall metal--but Todd still made it look absolutely perfect. He completed the entire door-ding repair in about an hour and a half, charged exactly what he quoted, and afterward you genuinely couldn't tell anything had ever happened. Understand that I didn't disagree with the owner, he explained very well what needed to be done, how much work was involved and was very fair in the cost. But this was just a work truck and the damage didn't interfere with the operation and didn't look too bad. I just didn't see investing much in an older truck. Bottom line is, don't rely on an online quote but I would still consider Kaled. They appear to be a very reputable company.
