The process for me was absolutely frictionless! Caliber got my car checked in, and coordinated with the Enterprise down the street to shuttle me over to pick up a rental car. Caliber was very thorough--because the damage included bumping the tire, they made sure to check and fix the tire alignment, in addition to all the body work. I got text updates when they started and finished working on my car, as well as estimate dashboards so I knew what was being billed to the other driver's insurance. They had my car back to me in less than a week! They'd given it a full wash and interior detailing, which was kind--it's a 13-year-old family car, plenty of dog fur and debris. Mace was so helpful and excellent to work with, and the whole team did a great job. I'm glad I didn't have to foot the bill, but the result and experience were terrific!

Routine maintenance does not magically cause accident-related engine damage, and anyone with basic automotive knowledge knows that. Let's be very clear: * The engine issue started immediately after the accident * I reported it from day one * Caliber Collision ignored it * When they could no longer avoid it, they tried to shift blame onto me This wasn't a mistake -- it was negligence and gaslighting. If you don't fight them every step of the way, they will minimize real issues and protect themselves instead of your vehicle. I would never trust Caliber Collision with another repair. If you care about your car, your time, or being taken seriously -- go somewhere else.

I live in Beaverton and this was a half hour drive away compared to the other locations around me, but so worth it. I busted the side of my 2020 Elantra on a curb really badly. The photo doesn't really do the dent justice, it was so deep and started to rust pretty quickly. Initially I was told the repair would be a couple of weeks maybe, because the car was newer and it might be hard to get the part. In the end, it only took a few days! It looks amazing, and they even fixed up some scuffing I had on the front of the car. Everyone here was super nice! Jordan did the walk around my car with me, and was also the same person that reached out to me with timely updates and was there to bring my car out to me! I also rented a car with Enterprise and the car was ready for me when I got there to drop my car off and someone from Enterprise was there to pick up the rental when my repair was done! Unfortunately, the follow-up was disappointing. I received calls the next two days where they didn't use my name, referenced the wrong insurance company, and didn't seem to note that I had said I would reach out. I left messages for the estimator on Monday and Tuesday and never received a call back. Frustrated with the lack of response, I went in a week later to cash out, no one asked questions or attempted to assist, they just punched a few buttons on their keyboard and said insurance would follow up. This confirmed my decision to take my business elsewhere. I shared the experience with my insurance company, who at least apologized for what happened. None of it the end of the world, but when there's a multitude of other choices, I'd prefer to go with one who seems interested in my business.
