I was able to block the generator from moving with a $2 plastic spoon and they saved me from having work done that I didn't need for the door to function. They scanned the codes for free, cleared them, rescanned them and said no need to do anything today; drive it for a week and come back to see if any codes come up. Once again, James and the team at Womack went above and beyond to help me. This is the second time I've seen them for my car. The first was to get some repairs to the front and the service and result was excellent. Super friendly and felt like they took care of me like family. Never felt pressure and they explain everything in detail, so if you don't know much about cars (like me), this is the place. Unfortunately this time around, I had a leak that isn't a body issue, but they happily looked over my vehicle and helped diagnose the issue for me, even checked if it might be due to a previous repair they had done, which it wasn't as they do amazing work. Didn't charge me a dime, and gave me some options to self-repair. How nice is that! Really feel like these folks want to help and get you back on the road quickly and take the time to build good relationships vs. just seeing you as a revenue source. While I hope I don't need to, I look forward to and will be going to James for any future needs, and recommend you do as well. Great and fair prices, total transparency and customer-focused. I will never recommend to have my car fix at this place. The front office people are very rude. I took my car into the shop for an estimation because my insurance is in contact with the shop. They lied about things on the estimation. On the estimation to insurance said car is drivable, then I told them that I might not have my car fix at the facility. Then they told me that my car is not drivable, and I can't leave it at the facility if I am not have it fix there. I was supposed to received an estimation at the end of the day or the next business day, but I never heard back from them. Now the shop I wanted to have my car fix at is waiting for Womack to sent over an estimation. It takes them forever. read more

Excellent work, but they overcharged me by $100, and when I forwarded them my insurance documents showing the deductible & explaining the discrepancy, they never responded. Also their office there is zero Covid protocol in practice among their staff. In short, they're professional when It comes to repairs, but petty enough to bilk their customers out of cash. My car was broken into in the middle of the night. My stereo was stolen and a bunch of personal stuff.There wasn't that much damage done to the cars body, but the bumper had been run into, so they had to replace the bumper and I was thrilled that they blended the hood, painted it and clearcoated it, so that all the water spots on my black car were gone off the hood. They were efficient, very communicative,extremely helpful and made the process easy both coming and going. read more

I do not suggest this auto body shop especially if you have gotten in a car accident and this is the shop the insurance recommends to you. This shop caters to benefit the insurance rather than the client. The auto team is not is accommodating. They were rude and passive aggressive towards me. They seem more concerned with money than clients. The experience felt confusing, untrustworthy, and manipulative. If you need to restore your car to pre loss condition do not go to this shop. They made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Maybe they're good at fixing cars, but I don't think they're trustworthy in insurance situations read more

These guys are really, really great. Clean shop. Good prices. Quick repairs. I moved across town and still, for my last auto repair, I went out of my way to bring my car here for body work that needed to be done. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead for 5 is because I have been a loyal customer here (3 auto repairs total in the past few years), and never once was I recognized, or remembered. You would just think they'd have a system with my name in it that shows my loyalty in patronage to them. Maybe I'd get a "hey, how are you, what is wrong with the (insert car model here)?" But every time I take my car in, it's like I'm a brand new customer. Which isn't terrible, they still treat me nicely, I just feel like I should get some recognition. I even asked last time "don't you remember me?" But no... not even an attempt to pretend. LOL. So I'd still definitely recommend this place. I just wish they remembered me and recognized me as a loyal customer. It's all about customer service! read more

There's a lot of Auto Body places in town. And Womack did a fine job of making the repairs to my car. But where they really made a difference was in how they treated me, not the car. They were cordial and positive from the first phone call. They were fair, and didn't try to sell me on any repairs that weren't needed. I had an unrelated issue with the windshield, and the guy even provided me with a referral at a cheaper place where I could get that repair done. They were honest. The work was fairly priced, even though my insurance company was paying for it. And when I got the car back, there was even a little bottle of touch up paint that I was able to use to cover a couple of scratches on the other side of the car. Free of charge. There are a lot of places... but none of them have ever treated me as well as Womack did. You can stop looking around. read more

This is the first time I've ever worked with an auto body shop. I chose them mainly because their good reviews and because I live within walking distance from the shot. Joe was amazing. I work until 4:30 every day, and rushed there one day after work to get an estimate. Joe stayed late to get me an estimate. Once I'd gotten all the insurance business worked out, I dropped it off for repairs on a Monday afternoon (again, right before closing). Tuesday morning around 8:00am Joe called to let me know there were additional repairs needed once they took my car apart. Pretty standard for body work. Joe was right on the ball and got approval for the additional repairs from my insurance adjuster right away. By Friday afternoon at 4:00pm my car was finished. The paint work on my bumper matches perfectly, and they used dealer parts. You'd never know anything happened. And, I didn't have to pay one penny out of picket. The job was done as quoted and on time. And again, Joe was super nice and very communicative. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again if I need body work. read more

I got rear ended in April. We took our car into Womack on 5/4 because they are partnered with the insurance of the girl that hit us. They scanned our car, but refused to lift it to determine any under body damage. They gave us a quote and sent it to USAA for approval so they could order parts. 6/17 came around around and we still hadn't heard from Womack so we reached out and they informed us that USAA had just approved the quotes and they had ordered the parts that day. We later found out that USAA had actually approved the quote on 5/4. When we took our car into the shop on 7/13 there were several delays, no communication and we were lied to numerous times. After 3 delays, our car was finally repaired on 8/17. Giving this two stars because we are happy with that work, but the front office was rude, a poor communicator and provided tons of misinformation through out this process. read more

Having a car accident, even a minor one, is maddening at best. First, you have to deal with the police...my accident was a hit and run...and then jump through all the hoops of the insurance company. Next comes the estimates and related phone calls and making the decision of which of the many body shops to go with. Then you have to either borrow a car or get a rental to get yourself around until the work is done. Since I'm new to town, I had no way to know who was reputable and who wasn't so I went with a short list of shops provided by my insurance company. After a couple calls, I settled on Womack and am really, really happy I did. They did an estimate the same day I called and, amazingly, scheduled my work for the very next day. Not only that, but they arranged for a rental car to be dropped off for me at their shop. When the work was done, I didn't get the text until closing time and made a desperate call to see if I could still pick it up that evening. The person I spoke to waited for over 1/2 hour for me to get there...and it was a Friday night! The point: Womack is a great company to do business with. read more

TRUST WOMACK with any auto repair--big or small! I can't say enough good things about this auto body repair company. Womack has repaired/restored ALL of my cars plus my father's and brother's vehicles since the mid '90s. We've trusted them with major collision repairs, small rear-enders, dings, dents and even a hood re-paint after my wife noticed that I had accidentally spray painted white paint on our black Ford Escape (fun times). With every project, the cars came back looking and working better than before. The only thing that exceeds Womack's precision work and amazing craftsmanship is their customer service. Call or drop by and you are greeted by friendly faces and an instant sense that you've made the right choice. These guys work seamlessly with most all major insurance companies ( I know from experience)! They also work with you on getting the best bang for your buck. Over the years, Womack has treated me and my family like...family. They are absolutely transparent about parts and labor and keep you updated on every move they make. I was rear-ended and started a long drawn out process w my insurance. Tasha was always on point and got things handled timely. My insurance company could take some lessons from them. After I picked it up, my headlights were burned out. I didn't know if it was a fuse or a wire so I asked them to check it out. They ran to the store and put new headlamps in, proving it was just burned out bulbs. I paid for the bulbs and they were happy to go the extra mile. These guys were great. read more

We've had our cars in for repair here and have been treated with respect and great care. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they do a great job. Just had to take our new-to-us 2009, had it less than a month old (it was a repo) in because a woman turned right on a red light and ran right into hubby. The guy at Womack was extremely sympathetic; they took lots of photos for us. There will be several thousand dollars worth of repairs, fortunately paid by the woman's insurance. I know we'll always be treated fairly here and that our car will come out looking like new when we get it back. Highlights: * Car looked brand new with its beautiful new bumper. * Repair went quickly and smoothly, even after they discovered additional damage to my muffler (complete with photo proof for insurance). * Incredibly helpful front-desk team. * Womack provided text updates for the status on my repair. * Car came back to me sparkling and clean. * The team sent me home with the touch-up paint they used for my car, so now I have a little bottle of my car's paint (just in case!) My parked car was unfortunately hit by a neighbor but luckily they had insurance, and it happened to be Progressive insurance, so I was able to bring my car to the Progressive Service Center on 82nd and from there my car was taken here to be repaired. Just got it back yesterday and it looks amazing!!! The repair was costly (which thank goodness was covered by the insurance of my neighbor) but only due to the fact that my car is considered "special edition" and does not have stock paint or body kit. From what I know from past repairs I have had on my car, the repairs costs seem very fair. All in all, super happy with how my car looks and I'd just like to give a big THANKS! :) read more

I seriously cannot give Womack enough praise! Being in an accident and dealing with the insurance companies is up there with going to the DMV -- it freaking blows. From start to finish Joe made the process easy-peasy. As soon I sent over the estimate, Joe contacted the insurance company directly to get the approval, scheduled my rental, was able to fit me in quickly, and when additional funds were needed to perform the repairs, he again reached out to the insurance company for the additional funds. Not only is the customer service top notch, but they did an amazing job on the repairs! They cleaned the inside and outside (even the tires!) and my Audi looks like a brand new car! People, you won't find better. The folks at Womack are honest, kind, funny, helpful, responsive and good at what they do. I'm used to service like you get at Leif's (Avoid! Leif's---despite the barrage of commercials--is a horrible place that wants only to screw you and your insurance company: see their Better Business Bureau rating of F if you don't believe me). In stark contrast to the complete disdain and disingenuous and general diss I got from Leif's, Womack treated me like I was family, and by this I mean a treasured daughter. I sort of wanted to just stay there forever in the heated lobby, drinking free bottled water, eating complimentary baby Snickers,and basking in their genuine care. read more

Womacks delivers absolutely amazing quality service every time. If they performed open heart surgery in addition to car repair, I'd trust them with that too. Unfortunately we've had two occasions to bring our cars to Womacks for repair (both times our parked cars were hit by careless drivers grrrrr) and I'd never consider going anywhere else for body repair. For a very reasonable out of pocket cost, they also repaired a couple non-collision-related items (significant door ding, re-did black rubber seal thing around a window). The office staff were welcoming and helpful. They called Enterprise upon car drop-off to be sure our rental car was on its way, and held our car an extra day due to schedule conflicts. I enjoyed the complimentary refreshments too. Finally, I couldn't believe how CLEAN our car was when I picked it up. Nearly as clean as a professional detailing job. We get a lot of green gunk in the crevices because of trees near our house. I had washed our car the day before drop off but just couldn't get the organic growth to come off with the old rudimentary sponge. So I'm thrilled they did such a great job for me! Thank you Womacks!
