( no accidents) They just told me they were charging me more because the law changed and I was getting better coverage, which was not true . later on I canceled my roadside assistance because I got roadside assistance through my partners plan. He bought it for me from same company AAA . Then I get a phone call saying that in three months they would cancel my policy if I didn't get roadside assistance, I was furious and I said enough. My roof was wood, and the repair was going to be over $60,000. I agreed to a lesser composition roof (About $46,000) as I liked the look better and there would be fewer insects. As it turned out the $44,000ish roof was not available, but they found a different composition roof for $32,000ish. I wasn't excited about it, but the adjuster committed to paying me the difference between the $44,000 and $32,000 roofs. ($12,000). Committed in verbally and in writing. When the job was completed they refused to pay. I was shocked that a large company would do this to a 32 year policy holder. "Like a good neighbor"......I don't think so.

Also missing small piece was ordered and in the shop days later, I wasn't called back on that Thursday when they received the part nor Friday, so I called and left a message Josh was in the office on the weekend apologized and said he would check if they had the parts and call me first thing Monday morning. He did as promised and I went in right away and the part was installed in 7 minutes :) the staff was very nice and professional. Off topic they offered us coffee from their Keurig, water bottles and cupcakes. Nice to be offered. Seating area has a tv, to watch if you wait.

They did not enforce mask usage and there was no hand sanitizer as well. You were also allowed to use the coffee machine. They had. The main reason we had to drive up there was because even though they said our car was fixed, when we actually drove back from Bakersfield to Arcadia, we noticed something weird about the car. Not only was it filthy with dirty shoe marks, there were still scratch marks and the alignment for the steering wheel was off. It wasn't so big at first, but the more you drive, the worse it got. We weren't sure, so we called to ask about it. They said it wasn't an issue and that it was fixed. After driving some more, we realized that this was too dangerous and had to drive all the way to Bakersfield again. It's about a 3-4 hour drive. I was updated through text of what was going on with my car and so that was great. My insurance was awesome also! Everything was taking care of such as the repair besides my deductible and my rental was there. ALL IN ONE PLACE. I didn't have to drive around to get my rental. Everything was convenient and it made life easier. I dropped my car on a Monday and go it back the following Thursday.
