Our waitress did not pay much attention to us and when asking her the difference between some of the pho options she said "I don't know because there's nothing on the menu that I like" LOL she also complained that the owner was "cheap" when explaining that they don't have an ice machine and she would have to crush up ice in a towel using a hammer. Anyway, my husband and I were willing to overlook all of this if the Pho was worth it. We both got the Pho Bo (beef noodle soup) and he got his spicy. If you've never had authentic pho, you might like it. However, if you've have good Pho before, you will most likely not enjoy this. It was the blandest greasiest broth I had ever had. It didn't even taste like pho. At all the pho restaurants I've ever been to, they provide extra garnishes like lime, jalapeño, bean sprouts etc. We did not get anything other than the limes I asked for my water because they didn't have lemon. They didn't even give us spoons for the broth, I had to ask for them. Both my husband and I ate less than half of our small bowls before we decided to just leave. It's a shame because the owner is incredibly friendly but we will not be returning.

This place is located across the street from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). I haven't tried everything on the menu, but everything I have tried here is very good tasting and healthy for you. I couldn't find any unhealthy options. They have wraps and salads, sandwiches and soups, everything is very tasty. My favourites are the buffalo shrimp wrap, and the Power Green Mix Bowl. When I first had that bowl I was expecting a cold salad, NO, this dish is slightly Sauteed so that the flavors of the Kale, Cabbage, Raddichio, Brussels, Chicken, Artichoke hearts, Onion, tomato and Turkey Bacon pop and blend, then they top that with Feta... mmm, anyway, they seem to be genuinely concerned with providing good food for your health and following CDC guidelines, staff masking, sanitizer etc... Best new restaurant in Brunswick/St Simons area and worth the drive from SSI. My sister recommended this hidden spot. It seemed like a long drive but after I arrived, it was even better than expected. Fresh, homemade ingredients with yummy menu selections. The soups and salads are the best, and they come with warm, homemade Pita that melts in your mouth. The next day I dragged my whole family over for another lunch. They too agree it was 5 star!!!!!!! We enjoyed our drinks and chose to try a handful of items off the happy hour menu. We started with the brie, the chef's choice tacos, the oven roasted olives, and the Caesar salad. Everything had a wood fired flare. The oven roasted olives were a nice order meaty and oven hot. The Brie was wood fired melted with a side of house jam and what I would call a ciabatta roll. It was my favorite. Again very good. The chef choice tacos were beef and came as an order of 2 small but tasty tacos. We shared the Caesar salad which had a nice smoky flavor with a tasty dressing and overall good. Everything was fine and definitely above average and would probably order those again. I would rate this restaurant at a 4.5, however, it is much better than many of the places I've tried in Brunswick or Saint Simons Island. I'd make a final rating once I try again and taste the entrees. The Yelp average of 4.2 is way too low for this place. I chose to give it a 5.0 rather than a 4.0. Definitely worth trying.
