All the white lines were uneven, shaky, and didn't extend to the sides. The hard gel was thick, bumpy, and even had bubbles. Price was $180 pre-tip or tax to get the most basic gel pedi without frills (very good 5/5) and the super disappointing gel tip French manicure (2/5). I wish the tech had asked someone for help. However, atmosphere is nice and people are friendly.

Instead she didn't take any responsibility, cared-less about making me wait.. wanted me to wait some more and refused to give me a refund) I was saddened by the lack of empathy when I called this lady 'humble' only days before. Forced to take half (not including my tip) it felt like pity money. But I have pity for the ones who don't care about customer satisfaction. What is the point of your shop if you only see people as money and not happiness, that is why they get their nails did anyway. It's a luxury. Had to go to the nail salon up the street BELLA and they left my nails 100x better. It's already been over 8 hrs. Can't say that about this sloppy shop. Oh yeah it was the 'manager' Tracy, don't let her near your nailsss. Girl has NO idea SHE LOLOLOVEEE TO ARGUE If I could give it a zero I def would. Product & customer service FOR SURE 99 cent store. I was very disappointed with my experience with Kim!…read more During my consultation, I clearly explained that I wanted more dimension in my hair and specifically wanted to move toward a brunette look with only a few subtle blonde highlights. My goal was to avoid becoming significantly blonder. Unfortunately, the final result was the opposite of what I had requested, and my hair ended up much blonder than I wanted. What was particularly concerning was that when I expressed my desire for a brunette look with minimal highlights, Kim responded that it would be "disgusting." I found that comment unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh. Clients should feel heard and respected, even when a stylist has a different professional opinion. To her credit, she did attempt to correct the color by adding lowlights. However, the lowlights did not appear to take, and I was told there was something wrong with my hair rather than being given a clear explanation or solution. I understand that color services can be complex and that results may vary, but I left feeling that my preferences were not fully respected and that the outcome did not reflect the look I had specifically requested. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not return and cannot recommend the salon based on my visit. I hope this feedback helps future clients and encourages better communication between stylists and their customers.

I paid $130 for both services and I believe the work is mediocre at best. Hailey unfortunately was very rough, I did ask her to please be more gentle but there wasn't any change in pressure with the file. I feel like my manicure was very rushed because she mentioned she needed to go to Costco before they closed. My appointment was at 5pm, Costco closes at 8pm. After she was finished she did not ask me if I liked my nails or else I would have pointed out the imperfections. Henry did my pedicure. The pedicure overall was very nice and I believe he did a good job. My only problem with the pedicure is I selected the $60 pedicure because I wanted a 15 mins massage as they advertise. I was the only customer is the salon yet Henry got up twice to grab products I assume he forgot to grab. In total I got an 11 mins massage. Maybe I am being nit picky but the $50 pedicure comes with a 10 mins massage. Maybe I should have just opted for that instead and saved some money... Now at the end of the service Nicole asked me if I was satisfied. I was honest with her and showed her how messy my nails were. She tried her best to fix them but as you can see from the photos they are still very fuzzy and not clean. Nicole asked me why I didn't mention this to Hailey and I told her the truth...she didn't ask. For $130 I expected to get at least what I paid for. I did not receive any kind of discount and unfortunately left unsatisfied. I can't see myself coming back. **I also believe it should be noted that the photos of the Botox before & after photos are of the employees.

I give A+ nails 5 because this place are very clean plus there spa is 100% sterilization so I'm not afraid I will get fungus. Here they used liner with air jet and after the pedicure they throw them all away. Other place they reuse the jet over and over and it not safe at all. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this salon. read more

I initially found her through the CND website as I had been…read moregetting my nails done elsewhere but the builder gel/structured gel my former nail tech used didn't jive with my nails and I was constantly getting lift. I do better with a thinner gel like Shellac which I've always had positive outcomes with since first using it almost 15 years ago - if it ain't broke don't fix it! I'm also very particular with the gel removal process in order to maintain the integrity of my nails and Stacey does NOT e-file my polish off but wraps my nail with a cotton ball soaked in acetone to break the seal and then gently scrapes it off with an orange wood stick - zero nail damage! This is the only way that works for me. She guarantees no chipping for 14 days and while I could even go longer in between manicures since her work is solid, I don't like the grow out process so I stick to every two weeks. Also, her manicures are waterless which is my preference and she is not overly aggressive with the cuticles which is hard to find. So many times nail techs are cutting away the proximal nail fold/live skin rather than just taking off the dead skin. Long story short, go to Stacey!

It took 2 1/2 hours for them to complete it. And I had multiple gel toenails peel completely off within days. The most concerning part, however, was that she painted gel all over my cuticles, cured them, and then went in with the cuticle clippers to cut it off. She then cut my cuticle badly, I started bleeding a lot, and she was barehanded and touched the Neosporin tube. bare handed, slapped it on my blood, and repeated this process. I cannot imagine how many people's different blood is on the tip of that Neosporin tube and how many are coming into contact with others blood. Like I am horrified. And she didn't wash her hands with my blood on them, and started working on the girl next to me. Not to mention, she took strip a strip of skin off my eyebrow. Please get better at handling safety and cleanliness it's genuinely concerning.

After that another woman walked in and he asked what she needed and then proceeded to ask her to pick a color of gel and completely ignored me. The racism and discrimination was clearly there, and for someone who has grown up in the suburbs and in the high end community I am very disappointed and will NEVER go there or even drive by there again.
