Went years ago and was not happy with the place or my manicure. But, went last week for mani pedi and am very pleased with both.The salon itself looks clean all stations seem to be using best practices. The only negative is the wait if you don't make an appointment. Though off season no problem. read more

Had a gel Pedicure with a woman named Snow, she did a great job even though I have a bad toe on my left foot. Because of this toe it's not easy todo my pedicures, but she didn't seem to have a problem. She works hard to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. This salon is extremely clean, they always put a plastic bag-like in the tub and then fill it with nice warm water and when done, they empty it and throw the plastic away, then they still clean the tub. Gel polish application went into cuticles, not a clean application. They did not apply a full top layer of gel on big toe, can visually see where it's missing. Toe nails were all files crooked, even after trying to fix. Left so disappointed and heading straight home to try and fix for myself. read more

Snow did a great job on 5/25/23 on a pedicure that she took her time on and dip nails. I originally wanted just a sparkly ring finger and the rest French tip but she accidentally did a couple nails in the the sparkle and it looked so pretty I left them! She did offer to fix it by the way, I just decided to leave them. read more

This is my third time going and the other two times I would've given it 4 1/2 stars. However not this time. I called days ago and made an appointment for me and my girlfriend to get a pedicure and Mani. I asked for the gal who did mine the last two times or the one who's done my daughters I got neither one even after making an appointment days ahead, I was in my pedicure chair and I asked to have my shellac soaked off. They did not soak my shellac off. They pulled out the drill and away they went. Then the gal comes over and grabs my hand and says I am doing your nails here while I was getting my pedicure time so I'm having my pedi done trying to relax being yanked across the chair so she could do my nails while in pedi chair. I paid to relax with a deluxe pedi and couldn't even enjoy it. She did not take time on my dip nails and it shows. I have product all over my cuticles. Some spots on nails don't even have clear coat on it. Super sad I paid for average work. Had I got my request for who I wanted when I made the apt I would probably go back because they take their time but not now. Waist of money and relax time. :( read more

Not professional, dirty, not sure this individual is even a licensed technician. I am here visiting from Chicago & walked in for a manicure & pedicure since it was close to where I was staying. I was surprised they did not use a plastic bag for the foot bowl, I have dip on my nails & typically my experience has been at my salon back home, to soak & wrap my nails individually during the pedicure so it is easier to remove the nailpolish. This was not the case, they had me soak my nails in a bowl of acetone & then proceeded to scrape off the polish with an instrument, I had to ask several times to please clean & sterilize the tools PRIOR to using on my nails, yuk! I also witnessed, the gentleman sucking the acetone that he just used on me back into the bottle, I will not go back & wanted to post to let others know to stay away. read more

When I arrived this place was clean and very inviting, it was not busy which I liked. I went on a Sunday, staff and as nice not very talkative as usual ( Asian) it's okay... Ambiance was relaxing, they have some awesome chairs you almost fall asleep. TV as well. I got a pedicure which was well done, my toes were done as expected and he took his time doing my feet. I walked out happy and most likely will return. I just wish they had bigger selection for nail polishes. But other than that I was happy with service provided. read more

This place is terrible. Its dirty and they do not use plastic in their feet bowls..They talk in another language non-stop which is rude to the customers that actually speak English. They also have a paper note by register stating they want cash vs credit card. I went there this Sunday because it was near my house and I was desperate only to see a sign paper unprofessional saying they only except cash on Sundays????? Who carries cash? I was so offended I opened the door and told them so. Cheap owners that should not be in business. They also run a baby sitting service in there. This salon is close to me and I have used them only in a pitch. I drive to the forum to get my nails done and can assure you I will never go to this place again..BEWARE read more

The worst experience I have ever had. I went in to have a pedicure and my acrylic nail removed and have shellac put on instead. The girl was very sweet but the daughter of one of the ladies that works there probably in high school and just learning. They ripped off my nails along with the fake ones instead of soaking them completely off so they wouldn't damage my nails underneath anymore. It took 2 hours and they don't even look that great especially since they had to cut my nails short because of the damage. My feet don't feel or look any better than when I do them myself and I would have saved the $55 if I would have done that. I will never return. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They didn't fix my nail correctly and when I went back the next day after it broke again they were all sitting around doing each others nails and when I asked them to fix it they said that they couldn't put acrylic on a real nail. Mind you they had fixed my nails that way before. It seemed to me they were not interested in satisfying a paying customer and were very rude... Don't waste your money at this salon!!! read more

I read the reviews posted here but decided to give it a try as I am new to the area and this is the closest nail salon to me. I honestly don't understand what other people objected to. I had a great manicure and pedicure and the massage chair was awesome! No, it does not have fancy decor, and the technicians we not "chatty", but I suppose that is not important to me anyway. I hope others will give it a try as well. I will be going back on a regular basis. The prices are great too! read more
