Dude, where's my car? But now they own a bike shop. Don't bring your bicycle here even if you live in Barstow. Had my mountain bike for almost 2 months. Still didn't complete what I had asked to be done. Not really a bicycle shop to begin with. More of an old motorcycle shop that does bicycles on the side. I hate giving bad reviews, however this place has zero customer service. I'm guessing they sit around and smoke out all day. Work on the bikes between puffs. Dude, where's my bike? read more

This is a gem in the town of Barstow, the seem to have everything you need including bicycle parts! The customer service is second to none!

While traveling from Oregon to Utah I had a tire puncture leaving me stranded in Barstow. Though the shop did not have a tire in stock to fit my motorcycle I was able to find one in Las Vegas and have it delivered. When the tire arrived the next day a- one was all hands on deck working as a team getting me back on the road. I watched them remove balance remount the tire. They were careful methodical looking up and following proper torque specifications for the job. This shop shines like a diamond in a goats ass in Barstow California. read more

This shop is great! Customer service is awesome. They deal with motorcycles, ATVs, Side x Sides, bicycles and more. They have a wide selection of parts in stock and if they don't have it they can usually get it for you fast. read more

I took three bikes there to have the tires inter tubes changed and add the extra protection in the tire (for two bikes) so if a goat head thorn got rolled over the tires would be fine. Literally the same day we got the bikes, all the tires had popped. We paid over $150 for their service and the tires popped in less then 2 hours. We paid for the extra protection for nothing. I wouldn't recommend going to this place at all. If i could give 0 stars i would. read more

I requested routine maintenance on a bike on Nov. 30 and moved out of state. Told Alex, the owner, that he could take his time. He normally takes a month on routine maintenance jobs. On Jan. 2 I called and asked how the job was progressing. He hadn't started the job yet. I told him I would call later in the month to see if the job was done. On Feb. 3 I called twice and got voicemail. He did not reply to my voicemail. On Tues. Feb. 4, I called twice and I got a horrifying message that said, "The voicemail for this number has not been activated." I am asking myself, "Is he blocking my number?" "Is this an attempt at a constructive claim of abandonment?" The only way I could finally reach him was to have a friend put him on his cell phone. Alex said he had not started the job but would start it that week. I became worried that when I called again, we would be back to "no voicemail." So I took an Amtrak back to California and asked for my bike back. When I arrived at the shop on Saturday Feb. 8, he said he hadn't started the job. He hadn't kept his promise and worried me that maybe he was hoping I would not bother to come back from out of state to get my (high mileage) bike, so it could be a constructive claim of abandonment. When I asked him why he hadn't answered my voicemail, said he was out of town. But this was his cell phone. When I asked him why I got a "voicemail inactivated" message the next day, he said he must have been on the phone. But normally, when someone is on the phone, it automatically goes to voicemail. But it didn't. That's why I concluded that he was blocking my number. And that's why I concluded that he might be trying to construct a case for abandonment. And that's why I boarded the Amtrak for Barstow the next day. When I arrived at his shop, he said he was surprised. I guess so. Although I had a cordial relationship with Alex for 2 years, I think it is important that prospective customers know that this incident happened. I hope that this review will motivate Alex to become more honest. Let the reader evaluate for themselves. read more

Had my bike for three days, and Alex tried to charge me over $200 and hold my bike hostage for work they didn't/couldn't do (change handlebars), and scratched/gouged my bike in several places without saying so, and left my wires exposed without replacing the shrink wrap after I pointed it out! In addition, Alex (owner) failed to notify me of changes or difficulties and told me I was in the top 5 "pain in the a**" customers he has. Hope you are not the other four!!! read more
