Beyond the quick answer, he was quick to respond via phone and text. He also worked directly with our tenant on scheduling so I didn't have to play middleman. Jay made the experience seamless and even arrived a few minutes early to the appointment. While there, Jay was very professional, cleaned up after himself and I couldn't believe how little I was charged. Those prices just don't happen in Chicago anymore. They did the repair and charged me $358 for a $13 dollar part and 5 minutes of labor. They didn't ring the doorbell and only called the tenant. He was on a teams meeting and he missed the call the repair person didn't even ring the doorbell. My tenant called them back in less than five minutes but the repair person didn't answer. They did come by in the end to fix the problem but they tried to charge my tenant $70 for missing the call. These guys are a joke. Don't ever use them.
