On one occasion I took my 2 kids at the same time they mismatched their X-rays. It wasn't until I asked them to double check which son had cavities that they realized their mistake, never did I receive an apology. On a second occasion I was told the morning of the appointment my son did not have active insurance, I ran the insurance myself and came back active asked me to email them proof and somehow they never received the email but still went thru the appointment again never received an apology. The last straw was when my son was given an appointment for cavity procedure at 4pm. They called me that morning stating my appointment was at 10am and I was a no show. When I told them it was at 4pm they proceeded to tell me they didn't know why I was given an appointment because he no cavity. I told them I was bringing him and they were to do X-rays to confirm that. When I went in they did X-rays and confirm he did not have any cavities. I asked to speak to the dentist regardless . The assistant was rude to me and my son because I told them it was their mistake because a patient can't request and be given an appointment to a procedure without orders from the dentist so it was their mistake. When seen by the dentist there was no apology from the dentist or any staff member. I had canceled all my son's future appointments because of this. The day of the canceled appointment I received a call I was being charged $75 because I didn't not cancel my appointment within 48 hours prior! I work their same office hours with their same lunch break hours. When I was finally able to get a hold of them they stated I cannot cancel thru text or voicemail or their Ai system. It has to be with a live person! Wow.! Do not take your children here.!

Scheduling the next appointment was just as smooth--the receptionist was wonderful, and we even shared a good laugh over something silly I said. She promptly sent over the new patient documentation, which, while tedious, is a standard step at any office. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. My little one was especially fascinated by the fish tank in the lobby, which made waiting a breeze. The staff was incredibly patient and interactive--exactly what you need for a toddler's first dental experience. The dentist was very informative and even taught me things I didn't know, like the importance of flossing for a two-year-old. As a first-time parent, I truly appreciated the guidance. The staff members were friendly and professional, but they are working within a system that is poorly managed and more focused on maximizing appointments than delivering efficient, timely service. Parents arrange their schedules around these appointments, often taking time off work or pulling children out of school. Keeping families waiting for nearly two hours with no regard for their time demonstrates a lack of respect for patients. I had a difficult experience with my first child, including early tooth extractions that affected her speech development. Because my second child has been experiencing similar dental issues, I was honestly traumatized and very nervous about having to go through the process again, even though I know how important it is for his dental health. Dr. Ramin took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently explained and guided us through every step of the process. He made the experience feel so much less scary for both me and my child. Once inside, they had some Montessori toys for the kiddos to play with, but not an overwhelming amount which was nice. We really liked that they didn't sit him in a dentist chair for the first visit and how hands on they were with teaching us the correct way to brush a toddlers teeth. They shared a chart with us of foods that cause and don't cause cavities, which we thought was cute. At the end of the visit, he received a token to redeem a prize at one of the capsule machines. He was so excited to receive his little token and even learned how to put it in on the spot. Turning to get the prize our required mamas help We also took a first visit picture with him that we got to take home with us. She made him feel seen, cared about and his fears were completely gone after meeting her. She continued to check on him during the procedure to make sure he was comfortable and happy. I introduced myself and let the receptionist know I wanted to schedule appointments for my kids. Before I could even really get into the conversation, she let out this huge sigh like I was bothering her just by calling. It honestly caught me off guard. I completely understand needing insurance information, but at least get my information first before immediately going negative.
