I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about this nail salon, especially Vivian! She's incredibly talented, super quick with amazing quality (my nails last 6+ weeks), and she always knows exactly how to make my nails look even better than I imagined. For the quality and care she puts in, her pricing can't be beat. And if you know Vivian, you know she almost never takes a day off. She works so hard and is always there for her clients. If you're looking for someone who is skilled, creative, consistent, detail oriented, sweet, hardworking, and truly cares about your nails and your experience then Vivian is it! I've added a picture of my most favorite set by far!

Amazing establishment that is reasonably priced! Charged 60$ for gel X, unlike most places that charge an arm and a leg for a simple design. This will be my new go to spot for gelx nails!

This nail salon is the best I've been to! I got hard gel done on my natural nails with the shade "Spiced Berry" by DND on top by Vivian. It was the best experience and turned out to be the perfect fall color! The salon has a very cozy vibe and everyone is so sweet. I can't wait to come back and try out their cat eye gel polishes!

I got a full set of nails and a spa pedicure with callous removal! I paid under $100 dollars for everything. The place is clean and staff is wonderful! Vivan did a wonderful job and her designs are amazing! It's one of the most affordable places to go to get feet and nails done in the valley. Not only is it affordable but they deliver quality services. You leave satisfied with feet and nails that are done right! 10/10 I highly recommend! read more

I've been coming to Vivian for a while now and she is hands down the best! My nails always look flawless and last so long -- no lifting, no chipping, just perfect every time. She's meticulous, creative, and actually cares about the health of your nails. The salon is clean, relaxing, and she always makes you feel like a friend, not just a client. I get so many compliments after every appointment. Highly recommend booking ahead -- she's that good! read more

I decided to try a new salon and the staff were incredibly kind, but unfortunately, my gel manicure experience was one of the worst I've ever had. The technician who worked on my nails did a poor job. She cut my cuticles too short, and one of my fingers actually started bleeding. I had to ask her to file down my nails because she didn't do that. The polish wasn't applied properly either--there are spots where the color is missing on the sides of several nails. To top it off, she didn't apply any oil or lotion afterward. For the price, it definitely wasn't worth it. Would not recommend. read more

I called this salon the same day hoping to get a last-minute appointment, and to my surprise, they were able to fit me in with no problem--already a huge plus! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference, especially since it was my first time coming here. Thi did my nails, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. She was so attentive, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. She took her time to make sure everything looked perfect, and I left feeling so happy and pampered. I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. I have been coming here for years and let me tell you that this is my favorite nail salon ever! The staff is so friendly and they really take their time with you. This is the set I got done today and it is my favorite so far! I love getting my toes and nails done here! This salon is okay. I requested for Vivian because a lot of people in here suggested her and she was great. My nails look stunning! However she did come 20 mins late was a little annoying, and the place was a little quiet. Vivian did make me feel more comfortable though and a lot of ladies that day were regulars. Everyone there is super nice. I would come here again but this isn't a place I'd bring my friends to. read more

I've been coming here for pedicures for 10 years. First, I've never had fungus. Something I wish everyone would comment on since it's so problematic ... This is primarily where / why the 4 stars comes in. Yes, as they become better known & more popular OR if they are busy, the customer service does seem to vacillate a bit. But tell me a place that doesn't treat you better when they are slower ... They're not the absolute cleanest but I'm not looking for the cleanest, either. I'm talking about some pieces of cotton on the floor & Kleenex here & there. Again, not their working utensils. Their timeliness also vacillates. But it's prime mani/pedi hours here on a Saturday. The best part. The girls are sweet. They have NEVER broken skin. Not once. The popular colors are with the girls. So just ask for whatever you want. The service is outstanding during off hours! If you're into designs they're good. All of them. Sometimes if you want something different you need to draw it out & show them but they can pretty much do any design I've ever wanted. They are my go-to in the CP. read more

I've been going to A plus nails for a few months. I started off getting a full set and gel pedicure and now I go back every 2 weeks! The ladies working are always so nice!! Vivian does such an amazing job when it comes to shaping my nails! She gets them perfect every time! Most of the time I get a color but, I've been going colorless lately and just opting for a clear coat (photo attached). Don't get me started on the pedicures!!! Amazing!! Doesn't matter who does my pedicure, they just get it right! They will dig and clean out your nails which is amazing! I always get callous removed as well which helps make my feet super smooth! The ladies are all very nice and if there's something that you want fixed or changed, they have no problem helping you!! I love this nail salon so much! read more

I went in without an appointment. I was told they were short of staff and would I come back later. When I came back I requested a mani pedicure. I was shown to a spa chair where I was made to wait for about 15 minutes. My pedicure was completed, then the nail lady told me her other client was there and if I wanted the manicure I would need to come back in an hour and a half. I then asked another employee if she would be able to complete my nails, she spoke to the owner momentarily then said she had to take another customer. I felt that this showed a lack of professionalism. I should not have been started if they were not able to complete the agreed request in its totality. If I had been told that they could only do a pedicure, I would have had the option to take my business to another nail shop. Very disappointed! Will not be going back! read more

I don't know about anyone else but it takes me awhile to find a nail place I love, that does exceptional nails, that is affordable, clean, where they talk to you and it doesn't hurt that they are open for business right now! Well after countless searching I found my place! Vivian is amazing and did a flawless job on my nails. I love A Plus Nails and I plan on telling all my friends. I added the callus removal and it was worth every penny. They use this clever block that sits on top of the water bowl and under your heel during the callus removal. It looks like a yoga block and it's brilliant. It keeps you comfortable and gives the technician a perfect angle to work. Small detail, big difference. The chairs are really nice too. Great massage features, super comfortable, and the whole place looks clean and smells good. No harsh chemical smell, which I really appreciate. I wish I would've kept my grown out set because this place ruined my nail beds. I was originally going to get a new set. When the process of getting my old set removed started I immediately got cold feet. It was a guy that worked on me. Not the guy with the tattoos but the other one. His drill was set way too high. He drilled my nails way too thin and you can see the drill burn on my pinky. You can see the drill marks on all my natural nails. I had to stop him from trying to rip off the acrylic off my natural nail by trying to lift it. Telling him I wanted him to remove my nails by properly soaking them. He ruined my nail beds that I'm gonna be forced to let them grow out until they get thick again. The receptionist was nice and the place looked good inside. Its just crazy that he would hurt my nails this bad. A licensed nail tech knows what the rings of fire are and he cause so much damage you can see it in the pictures. The acrylic set I had on before was the first one that I had in months so my nail beds were healthy. This is beyond heartbreaking and disappointing. Reply: blaming the customer for the technicians wrongdoing is so unprofessional. As a licensed nail tech, you should know how not to ruin a customer's nail bed. My nail beds underneath the acrylics were healthy and were not thin. I normally go to a private technician because salons are so irresponsible. they work so fast trying to rush through every client. And you prove my point right because your technician was working way too fast. I shouldn't tell him how fast he should control the drill or guide him to do a simple soak off. I moved my hands multiple times telling him that he was burning me with the drill and that he had to properly soak them off . That had been my first set of acrylics in a year my nails underneath were thick and healthy. regardless of the thickness of the nails an artist should still be able to soak off and scrub off the acrylic when doing a proper removal without thinning out the clients nails. You're just creating ridiculous excuses trying to deflect without taking accountability. It was a HUGE mistake on my behalf for sticking until the end only so he can ruin my nails. He did permanent damage to my nail beds that I am now forced to grow them out because they're so delicate, thin and they keep breaking. It was my mistake for thinking that a salon with good reviews could catfish me, and for thinking that you guys knew what you guys were doing as technicians. In the attached photo you can see the polish is still not dry even after an hour of leaving the salon. The polish application was poorly done, with bubbles and an uneven finish, requiring it to be removed and redone. Even after explaining that I wanted a pearl or shimmery color, I was not given suitable options and ended up with plain white nails--a color I did not want. To make matters worse, the service felt rushed. My pedicure was incomplete, and I never received the foot massage that is normally part of the experience. After spending extra time correcting mistakes, I was quickly sent on my way. I have been a customer for some time, which made this experience especially frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service and attention to detail.

Vivian SAVED MY NAILS !!!! I came in with a broken nail and wanted just a color change. But saw that the nail lady that did my nails before wasn't doing a great job with my fills. She ended up doing a whole new set to save my nails from getting damaged. Gave me further advice on taking care of my nails. She has awesome customer service and and nails feel so natural! She will book things on her schedule. Yet you would think because you're a regular that she would treat you right. I love this salon. It's very reasonably priced and Vivian is an acrylic master. I like to go on Friday or Saturday for pedicures because I love Sue. They are not the most organized time-wise but I don't see how anybody can complain when the prices are so low. If you want perfection, go pay $40 for a MINIMAL pedicure withouT any extras. read more

Watch out at this shop especially if YOU ARE A BLACK PERSON. These "ladies" are EXTREMELY DISCRIMINATORY! They don't even hide the fact that they treat black customers like second class citizens. We each got a gel mani/pedi done. Things were great, the place was clean, people were nice, it was inviting and even had a little painted wall that was nice for IG pictures. And then the slow decline. The nail polish selection wasn't great. The women working on my hands was so harsh with the cuticle cutting that she made me bleed not once, but TWICE. BLEED. It was painful and I'm sitting in my chair cringing. For how much of my cuticles she had cut off, she didn't even paint the nail fully so it looked like it had grown out and it's only been a day. I had asked the lady who had done my feet to use white and she ended up using this off-white color that even with 3 coats was still sheer and it looked pink, not white. After speaking up, the last layer was finally an actual white color. How thick was she trying to have the polish on my toes? On top of that she ended up putting lotion on my legs and never on my actual feet that were soaking and she was spritzing with alcohol. As for my girlfriend, her nails weren't even filed evenly. Honestly, the best part about this place was how well the massage chair massaged you. Not coming back here.
