Walked in merely to have gel removed from hands & feet, hoping for a relaxing experience before a surgery the next day. Michelle was my nail tech! She spent the entire time trashing my feet. I do not have pretty feet, but nonetheless they work. I asked for a Jelly pedi which came with heated shoulder compress & attention to calluses/corns in my sitch'. Was charged for a miracle pedi $5 more. This is the mess $110 later! If I could out ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! No APOLOGIES NO REMEDY NO THANK YOU!!! But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill.
