Jae was amazing!! She took her time and did everything exactly how I wanted. She was patient with me when I picked colors and I could tell she was very meticulous which I appreciated. The only negative I have was the price. I got builder gel manicure (with nothing they had to take off) and price was $85.. maybe that's normal I've never had builder gel before but just felt like it was a little on the high end. The staff are very sweet unfortunately the pedicure was really bad so I stopped the manicure because I knew it was going to be bad too. I really should not have paid for it but I wanted to get out of there. The pedicure took 2 hours and there was polish on my skin and a bunch of cuticle/dry skin left behind. I was in town for work and decided to get my nails done. They didn't last and it wasn't the best experience with the tech . Regardless the salon is cute, modern, and upscale. Her lines could've of been a little more crisp but that's my fault for not paying attention before they went under the heat lamp. But she worked on these feet for damn near 2 hrs and really gave a real good leg and foot massage . Attention to detail was top tier! The pedicure was amazing. There were roses petals in my water and complimentary drinks . 12/10 highly recommend. I wouldn't recommend this salon. The result was uneven and the color was wrong. After nearly four hours in the chair, I had to leave late for a vet appointment and couldn't let my hair dry. (& it's another $50 to blow dry hair??) I messaged Abel the next day telling him the result was not what I was expecting. He called & offered to fix it with highlights, but at that point my hair was multi-toned and I would've needed lowlights too. Then I told him I'm concerned about my hair being over processed and he said that can't happen? last thing I needed was for my hair to fall out next. Very upset how this guy was just okay taking hundreds from me after the result was clearly not close to the reference photo. Also telling me he breeds dogs & sells them for $4K a piece is a pretty wild thing to be saying while messing up someone's head. read more

Don't get me wrong they do nice nails but, they are one of the most expensive nails salons in San Antonio. $90.00 for gel-x set of nails. They charge $10,00 to remove the gel-x nails they put in to put another set on. I did not know you have to remove them and get new set every time. I wanted to take a moment to thank Abel and his team for working with us under really trying circumstances (and doing a bang up job!). We set up appointments at our normal nail place a few months ago for today because this is the weekend of my wedding... but we got there this morning, and long story short, we couldn't receive their services because they are no longer in ADA compliance. This set us scrambling to find a place and threatened to totally derail our very tight timeline for the next two days... but Abel and his team were extremely accommodating on short notice, and even provided french tips even though we had to be squeezed in. My Mom has raved about his hair services for months now to anyone and everyone, and I can honestly say I'm as happy with their nail care as she is with her hair care. I give it a 1 star because Abel was very welcoming and his staff was very nice. I give negative 4 stars because the nail tech made just my little refill look like poop. I also had my 13yo getting her first nail tips, with French tip.... and she blew it.. nails were very uneven and very thick with acrylic. French manicure was so uneven and just very sad. My 21yo had 1 very simple design on each nail, came out great! And then, came the bill...... $155!!!! WTF???? They charged me $50 for a fill, plus another $20 for the polish?!!??!?!!??? Then charged me $70, plus $15 for French manicure on my 13yo. For the set! Looked like garbage!!! And now I get an email for an appointment next week for a VIP pedicure, that I never asked for!!!?!?!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!! Overpriced, low quality!!!!!!
