These are things you might expect from a cleaning service, but let me tell you, it's rare to find someone who does it ALL thoroughly. The price is also better than you'll get with a service like Handy, for example (and someone from Handy stole all our silverware, so we never used Handy again.)

None of the shelves throughout my home were dusted. If I'm paying for a deep clean, why should I have to point out obvious dirt throughout my home. Clean EVERYTHING (which in this case includes surfaces and baseboards). When they came back to clean the baseboards in my bedroom, they literally did so without vacuuming the floor and just wiped across the board with a rag. I had to vacuum my rug and my floors because there was still debris on them throughout my apartment. So yes, Carlos, I did leave a one star review because you all did a terrible job. And yes, Carlos I leave a lot of reviews (most of which are pretty good). But you Carlos, and the two women with you, did not do a good job so maybe next time, do better, instead of talking my head off about what a great job you're gonna do. Bad stuff: It was booked for 3 hours but they were ready to leave in under 2.5 hours - their own products were for a light clean but not for robust heavy cleaning - my bathtub was not scrubbed, just wiped down - they used a Swiffer for floor cleaning - I found places that were not dusted at all. So, average for maintenance cleaning but not great for deep dive cleaning.
