I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. After we checked in we were offered a glass of wine (of your choice) which was a delightful treat and something you often don't see at a spa. We slipped back to the cozy lounge while we waited for our massage therapist to arrive. We were greeted by Angel and Kiara who lead us to our room. Both of them were fantastic and provided a wonderful deep tissue experience. Confirmation emails came with clear pricing and there was an appointment reminder via email and text . In the reminder via email, you had the option to check-in and fill out the required forms in advance. There is a parking lot where this place is located which is nice. When you walk in, it is a dimly lit, tranquil environment. I did not do the forms in advance but you were able to check-in and do that at the front desk. This spa is what I call "no frills" meaning you go in for your treatments and there aren't any other amenities outside of the waiting area that has tea, water and snacks. My LED facial and scalp massage was amazing. I was glowing and my skin felt amazing afterward. The hot stone massage was divine. The staff was so friendly from beginning to end. Needless to say, I was relaxed the rest of the day and the experience was incredibly affordable!
