Though…read moreI was very pleased with their in-person customer service, I am not with on-going customer service. The photos were set-up that you had to order a package in advance of seeing the actual photos, or you could purchase a digital download of your preferred images. I chose the digital download option after seeing the images. The digital download was $25 per image. This was in September. To date (now end of May), I have yet to receive any digital download, email link, etc. The images are removed from their website, I have called and left many messages (at least 5) and have called many more times as they rarely answer the phone and it does not appear they have an active voicemail. I've been told I have to speak directly with the owner, who is never available and never returns my calls. So I guess I'm out $50 for photos I never received. I will not be purchasing from them again. This saddens me because I understand their printing and in-shop services are one of the only available in Bakersfield and I want to support local businesses, but not when they operate like this.

Yes, I'm going to write an update…read more My pet peeve is using a platform and sharing an honest review and the platform doesn't investigate carefully before deleting reviews and that's what happened here. I emailed yelp back asking for them to clarify their reporting process because they deleted my previous reviews for AAA and nobody got back to me, so I will continue to share what happened to me when Erin S. was involved at the Bakersfield branch. In 2023 after paying me out for the damages their party caused, they sent a report to LexisNexis and failed to identify who was at fault (clearly not me). I received a letter from my current insurance provider in 2026 stating i had a nonchargeable at fault accident because the report was incomplete. I called and worked with LexisNexis to dispute this and even they acted surprised an insurance company would make such a mistake to leave that information out on a report. This matters because the information on the report could have affected my eligibility and rates for car insurance from 2023 to 2026. It took over 30 days to get this disputed.  Businesses making careless mistakes to mess with people's finances should absolutely be called out.

I emailed Kelly the small plan we had already created and asked her for suggestions. One of my favorite things about Kelly's planning is that she took liberties on our want for adventure. She made suggestions for excursions but didn't take us too far from the hotel so we could also relax a little. I feel like we got a great price with Kern Travel and everything was organized and laid out exactly like I need. I can't wait to go on another trip and let Kelly handle the whole thing!
