She gave me a very valuable piece of info. You should receive your new passport before you get your old one back. If you receive the old one but not the new one it has probably been lost and you need to contact the agency immediately. The entire staff here is very helpful.

The photos were set-up that you had to order a package in advance of seeing the actual photos, or you could purchase a digital download of your preferred images. I chose the digital download option after seeing the images. The digital download was $25 per image. This was in September. To date (now end of May), I have yet to receive any digital download, email link, etc. The images are removed from their website, I have called and left many messages (at least 5) and have called many more times as they rarely answer the phone and it does not appear they have an active voicemail. I've been told I have to speak directly with the owner, who is never available and never returns my calls. So I guess I'm out $50 for photos I never received. I will not be purchasing from them again. This saddens me because I understand their printing and in-shop services are one of the only available in Bakersfield and I want to support local businesses, but not when they operate like this.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my roadside assistance request was handled today…read more My truck would not start, so I contacted AAA for roadside assistance. AAA assigned Tow Express LLC in Shafter. I was initially given an estimated wait time of approximately 30 minutes, but after waiting, the time was changed by another 90 minutes. Because of this unreasonable delay, I had to cancel the request and create a new service ticket. During this entire situation, I tried calling Tow Express LLC multiple times, but they would not answer the phone. I then contacted AAA again for assistance and spoke with Diane. My experience with Diane was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. She told me that Tow Express had been trying to contact me. I explained to her that I had received no call from them and asked why she would simply believe their statement. She responded that she "knew" they had called me. After checking my account/status, she eventually acknowledged that I had in fact been waiting for approximately an hour and a half. However, she still dismissed my concern and told me that the wait would not count because the original request had been canceled. My complaint is not simply about the wait time. My concern is the poor service, the lack of communication, the conflicting information, and especially the way Diane handled my complaint. Instead of listening to me and trying to understand what happened, she immediately took the towing company's side and essentially accused me of being wrong before checking the facts. A customer who is stranded with a truck that will not start should not have to deal with this level of frustration. At the very least, I expected AAA to check the records, communicate honestly with me, and make sure I was okay and that I had a way to get the situation resolved.took them two hours and 30 mints to do it
