The convenenience of having Jiffy Lube less than a mile away from my home and office makes it convenient to change my oil at regular intervals. It may cost a bit more, however the service is worth it. The techs are very friendly and efficient, communicate well with each other as they go over the inspection and then go over any findings with you. They even changed an oil plug washer for me as the old one was leaking a little. They deserve a 5-Star review, they did a great job, and had me out in no time!

When I arrived, the staff put me into a bay as soon as I drove up. They began checking my systems, lights, filters, tire pressure, etc... They found my reservation through CarAdvise quickly. They made a couple of suggestions for service beyond the oil change, but applied zero pressure for approving them. The service was extraordinarily fast and everybody had the most polished manners I've ever seen at a service location. Everyone was extremely respectful. The manager Roy made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving and we had a genuinely warm and friendly conversation before he sent me on my way. The location is convenient, the service is quick, and the price that I paid was unbeatable. I highly recommend this Valvoline location for your car servicing needs.

I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. The employees working with me all appeared to be teenagers. When I arrived, one of the teenage employees told me to stay in my car because the oil change would only take about 15 minutes and would be more convenient for me. Then the teenager by my window asked me to open the window. He had a large screen and showed me the price: about $178 for the oil change and filter, or $78 for labor only. I had never paid this much for an oil change, but I thought maybe the convenience of staying in my car made it worthwhile. I closed the window, but shortly afterward the teenager asked me to open it again and started trying to sell me additional services. In short, he offered me three other lubrication-related services costing roughly $150 to $270 each. Meanwhile, it was getting very hot inside my car. I wanted to close the window, but he kept knocking on it and telling me about different steps of the oil change and trying to sell me more services. I couldn't comfortably run the A/C while the car was being serviced. Instead of the quick 15-minute oil change I had been told to expect, I sat in my car for about 35 minutes, sweating, smelling oil, and listening to repeated sales pitches. At one point, I wanted to get out of the car. I was about to scream. The teenager told me, "No, you stay in the car." That was the moment I became extremely upset. I felt trapped. I did not want to yell at the kid, it was not his fault, so I stayed calm, waited until they were finished, and left. For me, this was not convenient at all. It felt like a trap designed to keep me sitting there while they repeatedly tried to sell me additional services. Even if Valvoline offered me a free oil change, I would never go back.
