I ultimately stopped bringing my dog here, even though I still had a bath and a visit remaining on my package. As a dog mom, I just became increasingly uncomfortable with what I was seeing. There seemed to be a lot of dogs together in a relatively small area, which made me nervous, especially with my dog being a puppy. On one occasion, I watched my puppy on the cameras being repeatedly pinned down and mounted by another dog for an extended period of time. It was really upsetting to watch and made me question whether the play was being monitored and redirected closely enough. I also noticed that after her visits, she would come home extremely overstimulated. Over time, she began playing much more roughly with other dogs outside of daycare, which was not something we had previously experienced with her. Ultimately, I decided the environment just wasn't the right fit for my puppy. I would have rather lost the remaining services I had already paid for than continue bringing her somewhere that I no longer felt comfortable leaving her. read more

I have used Camp Bow Wow in Brentwood and Diablo Valley. I have never had a single problem. It's taken me 3 weeks to now vent my complaint. My Black Lab died while in their care. I was at a memorial service several hours away when they called and said she was really winded (it happens), so I approved taking her out of play and put her in a kennel with plenty of water. Within the hour after speaking with them, they said she was having trouble breathing. I approved a visit to the emergency vet. The Vet called me when she arrived and asked if they could perform CPR. I said of course! Later I got a call from the emergency vet that she had passed and when she arrived to their location, she was not breathing. WTF Camp Bow Wow? I got no follow-up call from them, no apology, no communication what so ever. WTF happened?????? read more

DO NOT BOARD A SENIOR DOG HERE I took my senior dog in for labor day weekend (3 nights) as I as going to be out of town. The staff interviewed me and met my dog prior to boarding her. During the interview I told the staff that she has bad hips and is prone to falling especially when using the bathroom. They assured me they would be able to accommodate her as they had other senior dogs before. I informed them she has sensitive spots for being touched and explicitly stated, she does not like having her back end touched. "Would you still be able to provide assistance if she falls?" They responded, yes they would still be able to accommodate. Come drop off day, I supplied them with some of her toys, her bed, food, and instructions for hip and joint supplements. While away, I received no status updates and logically assumed she was doing well. Come to find out she was far from okay, and I was unaware of this until the staff called me as I was on my way to pick her up. They said my dog was "not letting us touch her at all and used the bathroom in her room during the night so much so that she's covered in her feces and pee." They stated they could not wash her or wipe her down due to my dog not letting them handle her. She was not the same dog that I left. She was covered in pee and feces for much longer than just 1 night as they led me to believe. The feces was caked and dried on her hind legs and the pee had soaked into her fur. She had sores on her elbows from trying to get up, and was more stressed than I have ever seen her. Now being a professional establishment one would assume they have measures to ensure that they can handle a 39 lb dog? Their solution, wait until the last minute and inform the owner the day of pick up. Forget any other solution, while not the most ideal, a muzzle would have been acceptable (vets do it all the time). As I was cleaning her up, they began to gather her things. They informed me they had washed that stuff since pee and feces were on those as well. After about 10 minutes I was told they can't find her orthopedic bed. They fumbled around, disappeared to look, and gaslit me into thinking they gave it to me before finally admitting some new person must have put it in the wrong room. Additionally, the bed is the only bed that is able to support her and her hips and joints while she relaxes. So now I can only assume my SENIOR dog was without a bed lying on the hard ground for who knows how long. Or maybe there was a "bed" but it was so thin and lacking in comfort there might as well have not been one at all. They told me the bed had been placed in a room with another dog who was checked out by someone who was unaware the bed was not theirs. Tristan was very helpful at least in keeping me informed on the progress of finding my dog's bed. Now to be fair, two of the staff, Ethan and Tristan, were very helpful and had at least the appearance of remorse for what had happened to my dog. The manager however, a pale short girl with black hair was woefully lacking in any sympathy or patience with a worried, frustrated, and eventually furious pet parent. For example, on one call with her I was inquiring about my dog's bed. They sent me off with a promise they would call me back if they were able to get a hold of the bed. I said I would like to know by the end of the day what we can do as my traumatized SENIOR dog is without a bed. As 4pm approached, I hadn't heard anything. I called the manager inquiring and she responded with short, callous remarks of "are you finished" and "I'm sorry I don't know what you want me to do" (these are direct quotes). I was later called back probably around 6pm with an offer to pay for a new bed from the owner of the establishment. I was able to purchase my dog the same bed she had lost, and for that I'm grateful. As a final remark, the establishment is well equipped for younger dogs and maybe even well enough for boarding those younger dogs. The staff does care for the animals and they seem happy. HOWEVER... I would NOT recommend this place for a senior dog. read more

Kobe has been going here the past 5 years. I'm very concerned w/ this last visit. I always measure the food I place in the Ziploc Bag. I even write the instructions on the Bag, along w/ verifying what's written on Camp Bow Wow's feeding card. Instructions is 1 cup/meal 2 meals per day. He was dropped off Sat morning after breakfast He was picked up Monday Night after dinner He should have had a total of 5 meals for a total of 5 cups. I verified with CBW if he ate all his meals, and the feedback is yes. CBW also verified a total of 2 cups per day. The evidence is in the photo below. I measured it and I have 7 cups left!! Before dropping off Kobe, I measured out 7 cups! 1 Cup for Sat Dinner 2 Cups for Sunday 2 Cups for Monday 2 Cups for Tuesday in case we needed an extra day from This tells me no food was used from what was provided. So disappointed boarding our dog here. Last time he got a scratch/ cut and it was bleeding. He probably got it from another dog. We just let it go. One time, he was wet. And he always smell after boarding him on this facility. We give instructions how much cups he eats a day. When we picked our dog. We didn't noticed that he's food isn't touched until we got home. We always measure the dog food before boarding. He's food is exactly the same amount after boarding. To the manager and owner, please don't just collect money from the dog owners. Had an outrageous experience this past weekend. My dog has a well documented condition that they were fully aware of as we've taken her multiple times and never had an issue. She has a collapsing trachea that causes her to sound like she has a cough, but they are well aware of this condition and have never hassled us in the past. The day after Christmas the manager suddenly demanded we produce documents from the vet, which I did not have on hand as the vet we go to literally burned down, so I would have had to get the clearance from the new vet which hasn't seen her for that yet. The day after Christmas. They also took our deposit and did not refund it despite them being the ones to refuse a perfectly healthy dog. Beware of this woman's god complex. Oh yeah she's looking out for the hundred dogs I guess, except this place nearly killed my sisters puppy because they have sick dogs there. read more

Make sure to have a veterinarian's note if your dog is breathing funny because a certain manager today refused to let our dogs in after convincing herself that one of ours was sick because of a breathing problem she has had for years. Your dogs are better going somewhere else, this place is not worth your money. They make you pay a deposit then make up an illness to refuse your dog. I needed boarding very last minute (within 2 days) and I had never boarded my dogs previously. Not only did they respond SUPER quickly as I was creating a profile, but they got me fully set up, interviewed, and reserved within 24 hours. I thought I would have to cancel my vacation this weekend and they saved the day! They let me know what concerned them with my dogs since one was recently adopted from the shelter which was helpful for me to look out for. I cant wait to start coming here more often read more

*Beware when leaving your loved ones at this business.* I don't normally write business reviews, but after my experience I felt the need to warn others. I left my 6 year old bull terrier at camp bow wow for 4 nights. They have you bring your dog in for an inital interview that is 15 min then 3 hrs so they can ensure your dog is friendly and will be able to get along with the other dogs. Everything went good with that process and they explained that my dog will be in the medium groups around other dogs. I probably should have been the one doing the interview. I wish I would have read the negative Yelp reviews before leaving my dog at camp bow wow. I returned the next day to drop off my dog with his food and toys for his stay. One thing I did notice was that the staff seemed very timid and inexperienced with dogs. Anyhow I left my dog there from Thursday morning to Monday morning. When I picked up my dog on Monday I immediately noticed he was acting very scared and not excited and happy the way he normally acts when we are apart. Then I noticed cuts and scrapes all over his face and head. He was bitten by another dog and his head was still bleeding when I picked him up. I asked the person who was helping me I think her name was Emory. She actually acted like that was normal and that dogs play rough. I asked if dogs have left the facility in this condition before and she said yes. I immediately knew my dog would not be returning to camp bow wow. They are understaffed and underqualified to handle the number of dogs they allow to stay. There is literally one staff member standing in a circle of 30 dogs in a room with no control of the situation. This place is like the McDonald's of dog care. Imagine taking your child to day care for the day then picking them up bleeding with cuts all over thier face. Well my dog is my child and he will not be returning to camp bow wow. read more

I brought my Malamute mix here for his initial interview appointment for daycare. In the lobby, they provide a live recording of the dogs in the room. That day, there were at least 30-40 big dogs in the room. They brought my dog back and began introducing him one dog at a time. Within the span of about one minute, all of the dogs were allowed to rush into the same space, and this is when I quickly had a bad feeling about this place. They let my dog off the leash and allowed him to "play" with the other dogs, except he couldn't because the concrete floors were drenched in water, and my dog- including multiple other dogs- were slipping all around on the floor and could barely even walk. I expressed my concern to the girl at the front, and explained that a previous dog of mine got injured the same way and slipped a disc. Her response lacked compassion, and she brushed the response off very dismissively. I really wanted to give this place a chance, so I left my boy there and started to head home. About 20 minutes into my drive, I decided to change my mind and go back for him. He was there for maybe 30-40 minutes, and when I picked him up, he was soaked and stunk of urine and couldn't have been more eager to get in the car and leave. His tail was tucked and he was panting very heavily. My boy is all white and his fur on his legs and belly was YELLOW from all of the urine. When I asked the woman at the front desk why the floors inside were so slippery, she informed me that there are a couple of dogs who like to spill the water dishes. Why can't you find a way to clip them to the fence by a carabiner? Or an alternative method? I asked if the outdoor turf area was dry, and she said that area was also soaked from dogs spilling water... Sorry, not for me. read more

I boarded my dog for 4 nights. I picked her up and she and her bed were so disgustingly smelly that I had to immediately bathe her and throw out her bed. Not sure what caused the stench but it made me gag. She also had medication to be given twice a day and by my calculation 4 doses were missed based on how many pills were left when I picked her up. That in itself is unacceptable. I doubt I will be going back unless it's a last resort. read more

On Monday the 26th our dog was attacked by another dog while in a play group. The poor review isn't for the fact that our dog was attacked. We understand the risks associated with having dogs in a play group. The poor review is for two reasons. #1: based off of information told to us regarding the attack, it easily could have been avoided. We were told that a dog was fixated on our dog and was biting at the heels of our dog attempting to get him to play. We were told that our dog wasn't interested in playing and kept trying to get away from the other dog. We were then told that it got to a point where the dogs needed to be separated. We were told that after a short 5 minute time out that they released the aggressive dog and she went straight for our dog and ended up giving him between 8-10 puncture wounds on his leg and torso. In addition he was scratched on his mouth. We attend other dog play groups and we've been told by them that when a dog is aggressive they are typically removed from the play group for at least an hour. This allows the dogs to calm down and lose fixation. Separating dogs for 5 minutes isn't enough time for them to lose a fixation on another dog. We strongly feel that with better handler training this could have been avoided. But hey. We understand that mistakes can sometimes happen. We're weren't all that mad until the second issue happened. #2: We reviewed the policies in place regarding dog attacks during day care and asked employees about the policy as well. We were told (and confirmed online) that when a dog is attacked it is the aggressive dogs owners who are liable for the vet bills. We had to shell out over $600 to have our dog seen by an emergency vet. We called to see if we could speak to the franchise's owner as we were told that he handles these situations. We were told that he would call us on Monday the day of the attack or the following day on Tuesday as he works in the daycare that day. Here we are on Wednesday and we still haven't received a phone call. I can understand if they don't have all the information regarding the aggressive dogs owner. But I would imagine that they would at least reach out and check on the status of our dog as they couldn't even get the bleeding to stop at the daycare. The injuries were pretty serious. The complete lack of compassion regarding a dog that was mauled under their care is inexcusable. I guess the owner has more important things to deal with than his business and the well being of his customers. This has led us to believe that the mistakes made by the staff regarding the attack come from the leader. If a owner isn't setting an example of how to care for the customers then who is? We sent an email to cooperate yesterday regarding this issue and we have still yet to receive a phone call regarding this incident. Seems to me like they don't care or are more concerned about them not being responsible. A bad situation in which we were initially understanding in has led us to lose confidence in camp bow wow as an option for us as a place to go for caring for our dogs while me and my fiancé work. I would highly encourage others to explore your options before the mismanagement of this facility results in injuries to your dogs. read more

Zero stars if possible. We got banned from CBW daycare because our dog was jumping over the fences and into different sized dog areas. The owner let us know that she was welcome back as long as we addressed the behavior. Literally the next day, less than 24 hours later, we were told she was banned. We didn't even get a chance to address the behavior. They didn't even call me to tell me. I had to call them and ask what was going on. I talked to an employee who basically called my husband a liar and said he knew this was an issue and brought up other issues WE NEVER HEARD ABOUT. Apparently my girl tried to nip at someone?? I was never told about this, so that was news to me. Whoever I spoke to insisted that they told my husband about it, which is 100% false. Suddenly, out of NOWHERE our dog is acting up and can't come back??? I've never had this issue with a dog daycare before. Absolutely absurd. I kept being told the owner would call me and talk to me about it, but he never did. I called him with no response. Absolutely shocked. 2 days ago they loved her and now she can't come back. Disappointed. Disgusted. Shameful. I have so many questions that have been ignored. Never referring this place to anyone. read more

The log cabin camp theme is really cute, and I love being able to see my dog during the day through the video cameras. My dog always returns home happy. We brought our rescue dog here about a week before we were set to go out of town to see if he could be boarded here for a couple of days. Our dog is extremely skittish and anxious and this place did a wonderful job. At first they did not understand his behaviors and told us that he did not pass the test in order to be boarded because he did not willfully go into their cabin. However after we explained to the assistant manager that he was a rescue dog and had a lot of issues with crates they allowed us to come a second time to see if he would pass. This time they were fully aware of the situation and he passed! I love this because it seems like they actually care about the animals and not just making money. The place smells good unlike other boarding facilities that when you walk in you get a whiff of canine immediately, if you know what I mean. There is a waiting area where you can also see the dogs that are already there, restrooms and chairs. They do a really good job with the social distancing and all of the staff were wearing masks and there was a clear petitioner between the person talking with you at the register and guests. The staff are all very friendly and you can view your pup on camera if you were out of town to ensure that he is doing well. When our dog actually was boarded Camp Bow Wow called us to let us know updates which we really appreciated!!! I am looking forward to bringing our dog back here again so that he can become accustomed to being around strangers and in the event that we go out of town this will be our first pick. read more

We had both of our Boston Terriers stay at Camp Bow Wow Concord for about 21 days as we got married and went on our honeymoon. We were assured they would be well cared for. Before we left, we signed all forms which included leaving names for emergency contacts and our local vet information. All was going well, until the very day we came home. We got a call at the airport in the morning that one of our dogs was sick and placed in quarantine. We asked how sick she was and if it was possible for them to use the vet information we had left and take her there. They ASSURED US that she was not that sick. That it was JUST a cough that started the previous night and that they just insolated her from the other dogs "just in case". They said they were monitoring her and again said she seemed okay. The second we got home we ran to pick her up. I could tell immediately that she was not okay. She couldn't stop coughing this horrible low dry cough and was BURNING up. The doctor saw her right away and said to me he was "very concerned". She had a high-grade fever and when he pulled down her eyelids they were bloodshot red and inflamed like I have never seen, when normally they are white/pink. He took her to the back right away to get IV fluids started and take an X-Ray as he feared she had pneumonia. It was around 6pm at that time and he said to call back in an hour to check up. She was on IV until midnight. The doctor said that with how sick she was, this surely was not something that started just the night prior. That it had to be something that was overlooked. When we did go pick her up, the doctor told us to follow him to the X-Ray room. There he showed us the X-ray he took, which showed her ENITRE bowel system clogged up (he said about 6 FEET of POOP). He said he had rarely seen this before, and that she must have not had a bowel movement in a week at least. He prescribed a strong laxative to clear it out. I was furious about this, because I asked Camp Bow Wow if she had been going to the bathroom normally, and they assured me she had. The official diagnosis from the vet was a strong bacterial infection along with a strand of kennel cough. We called the owner with our story and at first just told us that dogs get sick like kids do at school, and that we signed a contract that makes them not at fault. We felt he was on the defense immediately and didn't have compassion for the situation. I can understand they get sick, but I cannot let go of the fact they downplayed how sick she was and they didn't want to take her to the vet when requested. We pressed the owner that he should do SOMETHING for us, and he told us he would call us back. A few days later he called back and said he would pay only half the vet bill, leaving us to pay the full amount of up to 2 grand for the overall boarding, and the remainder of the vet bill. Worst of all, he told us that no other dogs were sick. That they "checked them" (not sure what that means). But the vet told us that the type of infection she has can ONLY be picked up by another sick dog. I don't think Camp Bow Wow even let other customers know of the contagious infection that now was in their facility. read more

Everyone was so kind, from the very first time I called to the moment I picked up my 4 month old super energetic Goldendoodle at the end of his trial day care session. Each staff member was very well trained, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I particularly loved how well organized the meet and greet was, especially how they slowly introduced other dogs to my pup. He is very social and sweet but I was worried he might get scared if all of the dogs charged him at once. He did so well I almost cried. The staff made it such a wonderful experience, especially Emily, who did our interview/ intake, and Kelly on the phone who I spoke with a few times. Thank you! This place has been such a lifesaver for us! Our pup Mazzy, absolutely loves coming here and its obvious the staff loves her in return. We first brought Mazzy here at 16 weeks as a way to socialize her young with other dogs. She would be soooo excited as soon as we pulled up and exhausted when she came home. This was a perfect form of conditioning for behavioral training in our house, but also great way for her to be around many new people and new dogs. We have had several weddings this summer and it was very comforting to leave Mazzy for a week at a time and knowing she is safe and happy. If anything was out of the ordinary, the staff would call us and fill us in on anything that was happening, which was truly appreciative when you are so far away. My wife also loves viewing their app and checking in on our little girl. Now we take Mazzy every Wednesday to play with her new friends, get a bath, and can just be a dog. Moving several months forward, Mazzy was selected as Camper of the Month for October 2018 and we are proud of how far she has come. You can tell her temperament has truly blossomed and she loves everyone and every dog she comes encounter with. I would have to say, Camp Bow Wow definitely played a role in that. UPDATE (10.5.2021) to my review from yesterday. The owner's response to my review, via text was: "After your Yelp review there is no longer a need to discuss. Camp Bow Wow is not a good fit for you and your salt. Have a great Day" [See pictures uploaded of text exchange from today.] Unbelievable. Clearly he leads with the level of professionalism he allows his manager to exhibit. Needless to say, we are no longer customers or advocates for this Camp Bow Wow location. INITIAL REVIEW (10.4.2021): BEWARE. I would recommend finding other means of dog daycare. We have been regular customers for over a year. JoJo, my Alaskan Klee Kai, comes every Monday. I have never had any serious issues with any of the staff or operations to date until a couple of months ago. I had noticed that, unbeknownst to me, the dogs were being put back into the cages (they call them cabins but they are cages for all intents & purposes) for longer durations of time. 90 minutes at lunch and 90 minutes in the afternoon. This was never communicated to me. Their policy previously was max 1 hour, and if there was at least 3 other dogs in daycare, they would leave them out the whole time. So, under the new policy, if I was dropping my dog off at 11:30am and picking up at 4pm - my dog was back in the cages for half the time she was there for "all day play." Also, they have a small half height door that separates the small dogs from their play area to the staff area. My dog was up and out of there so easily. I expressed my concern to the manager, Memory, who is an absolute nightmare to deal with from a customer service perspective. She just gave me complete attitude. Rude, sarcastic, completely inappropriate. I asked to speak with the owner, and she kept giving me the run around. Telling me "he would say the same thing," that "the schedule would not change." She also expressed that "this may not be the place for JoJo." After 2 weeks of asking for the owner, I finally got his attention after reaching out to the Regional Camp Bow Wow corporate/franchise liaison. (since I don't think the manager relayed my request to speak to him when I initially made the ask) He was very nice and apologized for his manager's behavior and did in fact change the schedule so that dogs could stay out during the day for all day play. I also expressed the concern for the half height door for the small area, and he said that he has an extender piece that he would be able to put on. Fast forward 2 weeks, I'm noticing that my dog is not in the play yard. I watched for close to 45 min, she still wasn't out there. I called and they told me she jumped the half height door and was put back into the cages. When I asked if they were using the door extender the owner referred to, the staff was clueless. When picking up my dog, the manager, Memory, made it a point to come out of the office just to tell me the following: "I just want to you to know, we only have to put up the extender for your dog" (she literally repeated that thrice during this conversation) "Our staff have to stand there at the door and watch her to ensure she doesn't jump" (great that's their job to watch them) Meanwhile, I ask if they tried using the door extender the owner said they would use, and she said no..... She continued: "JoJo only comes Mondays, so we'll need to only put it up Mondays and take it down the other days" (OK? What is the purpose of telling me this? Perhaps they should invest in a proper full height door/enclosure like every other dog daycare has) Then she continues to tell me in so many words that she does not want me to discuss these matters with her staff. That I can only speak to HER when I have a problem. THIS IS COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE. If I have a concern about my dog, I absolutely am going to call the facility. And if the manager is not present onsite (which she wasn't when I called that morning), I absolutely am going to express my concern to the staff who are available. For her to insist that I cannot express concerns to anyone but her is completely unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable. The manager at this location is not fit to be a manager or in a position that deals with any form of customer service. My dog is now limping and favoring her right foot because the enclosure does not have a proper full height door and was not adjusted as promised by the owner. Look elsewhere for your dog. read more

Please do you research before dropping off your dogs at this place. Their huge availability and reasonable rates are very attractive. (Which is why they're getting 2 starts) but their efforts to keep dogs active, safe and happy get 0 stars. They are kept in rooms with a lots of other dogs. They have NOTHING to do for the dogs. One human just stands and watches the dogs to make sure they don't fight. But how can you not expect frustration out of nearly 20 dogs in a small room with NOTHING to do. Not even enough room for them to run around. And Camp Bow Wow is not falsely advertising. They do provide you access to their cameras. They're not hiding the fact that they just keep whole bunch of dogs in a same room and do nothing. I just recommend you do your research before bringing your kids to this place. read more

Doug, the owner decides to send me a message instead of replying here, YEARS later. To only repeat the practice speech about spraying the dogs with water bottles. How about having more staff in a room so that way they can all have the correct story or hell a clear story and ACTUALLY be able to watch the dogs. I've taken my dog, Lola, several times for boarding to Camp Bow Wow Diablo Valley. She has been to three other Camp Bow Wow locations near our previous homes and we love that she has an outlet for her energy. The first thing that struck me was how clean the facility was. They informed me that they clean several times a day and you can definitely tell. Not only does it smell fresh, but it looks sparkling clean. This has been consistently true across all of Lola's many stays. On her first overnight boarding, we received a call from them advising us that Lola was having some difficulty with another dog and they were a little snappy with each other, so they were separating the dogs and alternating their play times. At first, this was a little hard to hear, as she's been to various CBW locations many times each and hasn't had any issues that I'm aware of. However, they handled it very professionally and I appreciated the honesty. They went above and beyond by sitting in her cabin with her and petting her to help aid any anxiety. Since then, she's back many times and had no other issues (I think her first visit was a result of some stress after a cross country move the week prior and an in-home stay with a sitter a few days before.) After any her of her stays, she always comes back thoroughly wiped out and ready to take it easy for a few days, which is unheard of for her-- she's the energizer bunny. My only very minor negative is that they lost all of the toys that I sent with her as her comfort items on one particular visit, so be sure you send toys that aren't favorites. There are also a few things that have been inconsistent, such as one visit where we received a "mess hall" report of how she had been eating, which was an unexpected surprise that we hadn't received previously, but we never received this report again. No biggie, we were just so impressed to have received it in the first place. We aren't particularly close by, but love Camp Bow Wow and make a trip out of the way to drop our pup here before travel to ensure we have peace of mind that our dog is in the best possible hands. read more

Our two pups just returned from a five day stay and as usual we were very pleased with the care. Camp Bow Wow is by far the best place to leave your dogs. As a dog parent, you can feel confident that your dogs are cared for. The service is professional and friendly, the staff remembered our dogs and took time to understand all the stuff we brought to include a complicated medicine, snack and food regimen for our dogs. This place is ridiculously clean with no stale dog odor throughout the facility as you will see if you take the tour. The evening accommodation are spacious and the dogs seem happy. What I like best are the video cam which allow the parents to watch our dogs play. Don't pass go and do choose camp bow wow as your first option. read more

So far, so good! My little one really enjoys her time here. The cost is a bit more than other locations nearby; however the facility is beautifully manicured as far as cleanliness and I am certain it will stay this way, as I have l been to other locations (older) before and they look just as clean/nice. The team genuinely seems to care about your dogs well being and the Manager is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Look forward to a continue relationship with the Camp Bow Wow Brand! Have to reiterate how professional the service at camp bow wow is. My boxer enjoyed daycare here regularly for a couple of months and I was always at peace knowing he was in great hands. He's undeniably a bit spoiled and craves the constant attention of the handlers, but they maintain his discipline by practicing commands with him and always make sure he sits before handing him off. His previous daycare would often get overwhelmed by his initial excitement upon arrival but would never simply use commands to help him settle which always frustrated me. The staff here is so well-trained and communicates well amongst each other--I'm never worried when I hand him over. If my schedule and location allowed it, he would definitely still be a weekly camper. read more

I brought my dog in for an interview for daycare. They said they would evaluate him for 15 mins and then if all went well I could leave him for a few hours. He went in a little nervous because of the new experience. I was able to watch him on the camera. He was slightly nervous but curious and nice to the dogs they brought in to the room to meet him. He was listening to the employee and walking nicely on the leash with her. After 35 mins they came out to greet another customer. I asked about my dog. The girl said he's a little nervous so we just want to make sure he doesn't snap on a dog. He has never snapped on a dog but I said sure. I understand. Then 10 mins later they bring Milo out. I said "you're rejecting him?" I was very disappointed. He didn't snap on a dog. He didn't cower in the corner. He was just nervous about a new environment. Who would t be? In a matter of about 20 mins he was brought to a new place, introduced to about 15 dogs. I don't understand why there's not a slower introduction process when the dog just needs more time to adjust. He's a great dog that loves to play. I know he would have grown to love it there but was not given the chance. Very upset and disappointed. I am seeing quite a few one star reviews so maybe it was a blessing in disguise. read more

I take my precious fur baby here for doggy daycare and boarding. The staff here is always so kind. They truly love their jobs. My dog has the best time and I love watching him on their cameras. The staff gives him lots of love and attention. They separate the dogs based on size and temperament. The facility is extremely clean and you can always see staff cleaning when there is an accident. My dog always comes home exhausted after a day of play. It makes me feel better when I go on vacation knowing that I can always check in on him. He is in good hands at Camp Bow Wow. read more
