We had a very good experience with ASquared and specifically with Joe and Pat. We had a water leak that caused a fair amount of damage. Initially the insurance company's estimate was MUCH lower than the estimates we got from our contractors. ASquared actually uses the same software to develop estimates that the insurance used. Finally we were speaking apples to apples. The insurance company upped THEIR estimate. We had Asquared do the work and all went well. It took a long time from start to finish due to material availability, etc. but Asquared was always ready when materials were available. We definitely would recommend them. read more

I am the owner of a property management company that specializes in apartments. I met Joe and became acquainted with A Squared Construction in 2018 with a fire that occurred in a unit of a building I manage. Joe came out immediately and was able to put together a bid very quickly. The best part is Joe is fully experienced with insurance companies and compiling a bid that is perfectly compatible with the requirements necessary to have an insurance claim approved so work can begin.
