The person behind the counter told me to write down my name and number on a piece of paper. I did so and started handing them my laundry. She told me it would take a week to get my cleaning back. I asked about a minor repair on a jacket she said it would be at least a eeek for the repair and another week for the cleaning. At this point, I questioned walking in the door, then I looked around and the place was filthy. The person behind the counter was so rude that I decided to take my business elsewhere. She could not have cared less. I went down the street and had a very positive experience at another cleaner. I would recommend that you do the same.
