Worst pedicure ever! Paid $20 plus tip for a 10-minute pedicure. I've been here before and noticed the aesthetician rushed me in and out, so this time I timed my service. From sitting down in the chair to completion it took all of 10 minutes and 20 seconds, not even long enough to complete a cycle in the massage chair. The technician wiped the bottom of my feet with a plastic pumice sponge like it was a rag , no scrubbing or cleaning at all. When I asked her to scrub the bottom and sides of my feet, she rolled her eyes and wiped the tool over my feet the same way. The foot and calf massage lasted about a minute for both feet. If you want a halfway decent pedicure, don't go here. It seems like a bargain but is a complete waste of time and money. read more

This used to be the place where you could get your nails done by anyone and they'd look great! I walked in here after not coming for a few years due to moving. The owner did a full set on me and I was surprised by how unevenly filed he had done my nails! Some nails were crooked and I asked him to fix several nails several times. He filed one bail so short he filed away the entire nil he had glued on. Then went ahead and fixed it with acrylic without filing afterwards. At the end I told the owner that I didn't like my nails and he asked if I wanted him to take them off. I told I didn't and that I just really didn't like them. This is where I have a huge problem with what happened next. He told me that my body must have not been feeling well and laughed in my face. Then he went on to say that I probably either got into a fight with my husband or I must have gotten a divorce. What a straight up jerk. How about the fact that he just didn't do a good job on my nails????? I noticed this place really went downhill and for the right reason. Never go to this place. I have a bad ingrown toe nail problem so I pretty much judge a place by prices & how well they can remove my painful ingrown. This place is the best! Most recently I was taken care of by Holly. She does a great job & goes the extra mile to make sure my ingrown isn't bothering me anymore! Quick (can't say painless ingrown removal always hurts.) and so worth the $15 pedicure. Also, $29 for acrylic gel nail set is a decent price! I used to love this place, Jennifer always has me coming back. Unfortunately she was already gone when I arrived last Saturday and I was helped by one of the many rude ladies. Other than the fact that this lady was rude, lazy, and rushed me through my manicure, I paid $26 for this manicure. Two nails have chipped within 24hrs of my manicure. I am not able to go back to show them because I was visiting my mother at the time and am now hours away. Just very disappointing because this girl is also the one who always indirectly asks for a tip afterwards. UPDATE- 11/25/16 I came in again to give the manager a second chance to apologize but he was even more rude than the first time and threatened me to take down my review AGAIN. The nails here are terrible. I came for a simple dip manicure, left with gunk all over my cuticles, a bleeding thumb, shaved down nails. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my overall experience the young girl who did my dip did a terrible job will NEVER get my nails done here again. I have been coming here for a few years. Very friendly. Usually I am very happy with everything. I understand Covid hurt so many businesses but This place has become very rundown. Everything looks dirty and old. The pillows they have you put on your lap to hold the light drying machine are gross, there was a residue left on my pants from the pillow. The polish bottles all look disgusting. The plexiglass partitions are unclean. Very sorry to have to leave this review, hope they clean up so that I can return but definitely will be going somewhere else until then. :( read more

I came here on a whim. I was actually looking for another nail salon, one that I had found on Yelp, and ended up here. [I blame my GPS.] This place has two names, which is kind of confusing. One sign seems to read "A-T Nails", and another, "A7 Nails". That should have tipped me off. I went in asking for a gel manicure, which I got. There is no massage given at the end of the service, and service itself is very SHITTY. Kelly worked on my hands, and managed to do a far worse job than I, when I paint my own nails. I probably should have just painted them myself. She painted all of my nails (good job), and then my skin (I thought this was NAIL polish and NOT SKIN polish). Later, I had to ask her to clean it up, and rather than using nail polish remover, she managed to cut even more skin off of me, even after she had already cut/trimmed my cuticles. In addition, there were many times she had to tell me to relax because she almost caused me to bleed a few times. I was very edgy about her cutting more parts of my skin off. I will NEVER be going here again, and will gladly post some more pictures of my nails, the lack of skin around my nails, and nail polish that she has left on there. My fingers are raw. My thumb is raw. If you like paying $21 for a gel manicure, and not being told that it costs another $2 for glitter nail polish as a top coat (which is ridiculous, and the first time I've ever been charged for glitter at any salon), feel free to waste your time here. You will not only feel what it's like to be treated poorly, but you'll be paying for it as well. Please, suit yourself. P.S. If, on the other hand, you want to have a good salon experience, DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT SEEK KELLY. [10.18.2016] The owner of this place contacted me via email and offered me a refund. Have not heard from him since his offer, and it has been well over 2 weeks. This nail salon looks typical, but is better than most because they have 3 big screen TV's! I am always bored when I get my nails done, so it was great to see a movie playing while we were getting pampered. I wanted a special gel manicure with a different design on each nail, like I had seen on Instagram. I had shown them the picture and they made sure to get the nail design right and perfect it! One woman started prepping my nails, and once she got to the design, she realized she couldn't free hand it well, so she asked another woman to finish the nails for her. This salon doesn't know how to manage their time, they started in my nails then left me to go do somebody else's nails for about 40 min. but before that i had waited 30 min for them to get started with my nails even though i had an appointment. While they were doing my nails, i chose gel x and they burned me with the lap. they also make my nails bigger than my fingers and i was not happy because they were supposed to be my birthday nails. read more

For acrylics definitely ask for BILLY... He's great and I leave the salon happy every time. I've had the owner and Tony do my nails when Billy has been busy, and I prefer Billy by far! A fill and gel design are $27 and every time he matches the Pinterest nail design I bring in. He's also very funny and social which makes the visit nice. I don't always get a pedicure when I go in, but when I have NANCY does an amazing job. She spends extra time massaging so ask for her! The gel Mani was below average with no hand massage or lotion even offered. The mani tech complained to the pedi tech throughout the whole experience about the polish I came there with to take off. Similarly, the pedi tech complained about the difficulty of removing my toe polish and turned off the jets and removed both feet from the water while she scrubbed the glitter polish off. One threw in a compliment about my long nails to be fair, but none of this was directed to me. I look Mexican but I'm mixed viet so I understood their bitching and they of course had no idea. It was annoying. Won't be back. Oh and I asked for an eyebrow wax which they forgot about thankfully, but their loss that they didn't handle it first. read more

Well... they're rude. Got a mani & pedi with regular polish. I called ahead of time to make sure they had time for me. They said yes. I came in at 6:10pm they proceeded to let me know they close at 7pm. They were in a hurry. before leaving i noticed an air bubble on my thumb. Decided to tell them and they just popped it and painted over it and sent me on my way. Throughout the afternoon my thumb nail got wrinkled. I came in the next day to get it fixed and all the lady had to say was to "get gel next time" pretty annoyed. read more

Finally, the review on the person everyone's been racing about: Billy! I'm torn between Billy and Tony now because they're both just such perfectionists. I had an amazing, pain-free experience with Billy today. I always get anxious asking people to do almond nails because they tend to get crooked one too many times. I don't mind telling people that it's crooked, but that usually means they'll file it down even more than originally planned. However, Billy filed my acrylics perfectly and I absolutely fell in love. He had me check them afterwards before he painted them, and I was shocked!! Each nail was filed perfectly and I was so happy. I'm so sad to see that they have gotten very sloppy with their work. This used to be my go to spot. Now I'm only OK with getting a regular pedicure here. I'm going to go look for another place so they can fix my acrylics. I asked for almond shape and they are all lopsided and did a poor job of cleaning up the residue under the nails. I didn't bother asking them to fix it because it shouldn't be this bad of a job to begin with.I'm sure not all the girls there do a poor job. Just Don't Go Here!!! Today Sunday Sept 29, 2019 I was happy that I was able to come in as a walk-in. I just wanted a basic spa pedicure. Simple $17 pedicure The lady sat me down never seen her, she must be new cuts toenails beforehand then says now soak. Odd but it's ok! I figured it's a basic pedi no worries. Why I give it a one star is I was incorrectly charged $26 when I was told $17. While I pay Jennifer says I helped your lady she charged $26 voided it then charge a second time again. So two charges now I have to wait, for one to fall off my account as a charge. Wait just give me the $6 bucks and we're even. But so I figured one charge and give me the cash for a difference. I was disappointed at the fact that the girl left so much space between my cuticle and the nail polish that it looked as if I had my nails done weeks ago and they had grown out. My sister goes here so I decided to give it another shot and ask for her person specifically. I came today to get a full set for graduation. I have never had such a terrible experience. The lady did a very sloppy job on my nails, but sloppiness is not even why I'm writing the review. When I was done, I turned to the lady next to me and asked if she got her nails done often and what she thought of my nails. She then examined my nails and told me that it was a "shoddy" job. The guy who was doing her nails, Tony, happened to be the owner and asked what was wrong. I showed him how she cut me in 2 places and how she didn't fill in my nails fully making them look lopsided. On top of that, I still had junk under my nails and she didn't even dust off the powder or put lotion on my hands like they usually do. He tried to brush it off by saying my nails look fine and that everybody does nails differently. Then the lady next to me told him she does her nails often and what she saw on me was a shoddy job. He then had the audacity to raise his voice at her and say she doesn't know what she's talking about and how he trains all the girls. He kept saying he didn't see what was so wrong with my nails and ceaselessly continued to defend his employee rather than try to see how he could make me happy. THAT is why I am writing this review. Tony finally asked what I wanted him to fix and at this point I didn't have time for them to fix my nails because they would have had to start over completely so when I informed him I just didn't have time, he said "fine," walked to the counter, handed me my money back and yelled "get out and AND DON'T COME BACK!" As if it was my fault!? I wasn't the only person who saw the sloppiness. Not only that but the way he handled it was not okay. I will never come back and urge others not too because God forbid they mess up on you, then it'll be your fault and Tony and his little prodigies will remain blameless! Went in today for a new gel set and pedicure and left very pleased. Billy is by far my favorite. He's hilarious and makes sure you are happy with your nails when you leave. Ivy did my toes and she was so gentle and kind. I made her aware I was ticklish and she kept that in mind. By far the best nail experience I've had. Definitely made up for the week I've had. I had the gel French tip done. And the deluxe special done on my toes. $67 dollars for everything but it was well worth it. I will definitely be going back here. read more
