Because offices below remained occupied, water testing was completed in controlled stages. The roof plan and repair photographs were included with the closeout documents so future maintenance crews would understand which areas were intended to hold water. During two later storms, each detention zone drained at a similar rate and no interior moisture returned.

He exclaimed a minimum of 2 men are required and it will take all day! REALLY? His estimate to CLEAN the debris from the roof gutters (3 sides) came to $750! REALLY? Honest business here? I then asked him what it would cost to clean my next door neighbor's roof gutters so that I can capitalize of some economies of scale here. The estimator then lowered his price to $450/house. REALLY?
