He had reserved it several weeks in advance. The night before the trip, Enterprise informed him they weren't sure if they would have a car for him as they had 30 other people in front of him. Sure enough, the next day, we were informed that were no cars available, and that by 2:00 pm, there would still be seven people ahead of him. So, sadly can't tell how the rental cars are there, as we ended up having to use our own car for the trip. Would like to save others the stress and frustration this caused our family, particularly during fire evacuation times.

Power steering went out while driving with my newborn and they sent it to an unlicensed mechanic and refused to give me any contact info or name.... I ended up having to pay to fix everything their mechanic didn't! All of these occurred well within their two week period and after 4 months the car is COMPLETELY un driveable. Mike has called me out of the blue and harassed, intimidated and made threatening statements about a post on Facebook in a mothers group accusing me of slandering them, it was an anonymous post about another dealership. He has refused to apologize for this and completely stopped contacting me or returning repeated calls to him wondering when they will fix my car! This salesman Mike is very rude to younger people, takes complete advantage and ignores his mistakes. I sent a bank representative down there to talk to him and he ignored them for an entire week, until she had to call again and he still refused to fix it. Mike is beyond rude to service members and veterans, who tried to speak to him on my behalf since he had treated me in such a disgusting way. Swearing at them, slamming doors and threatening to call the police because things didn't go his way. I ended up showing him the videos of all the promises they made to fix it. This made him explode with anger as he thought I had nothing on him. During this he made a statement saying "...we don't inspect all of our cars, just the ones that need it" asking why their multi point inspection for every car they advertise on, somehow didn't show the severe transmission issue, and mistook it for bad brakes, along with severe damage to power steering. He has lied so many times and accused everyone else involved other than him to be the liars, even his own business partners, and other reputable licensed mechanics, to try to get out of this. He is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever met. Honestly would have been fired a long time ago if his Dad didn't own the place!

I need to also mention that I have never done a road trip before. I was only a couple hours into my drive when I got a "low engine coolant" warning from my car. Panic stricken, I pulled over and managed to find that this place was close. Jared let me know that they could rearrange their schedule and check my coolant levels quickly. Fortunately, they found no leaks and only needed to top off my coolant. I was there a total of two hours. Excellent service! While I waited some exceptional things I want to point out about this place besides the service and friendly staff. The place is very clean. From the front desk, coffee station, and waiting room to the bathroom. Very clean. In the restroom, there was a lovely small basket that contained various travel size items from combs to pads and tampons. If you were traveling, they were free to take. I helped myself to an Emery board. In the waiting room, they had an area with books that were free to take if you so wished too. This place is a gem and I feel it is very community oriented. If I ever have a problem in this area again, I know exactly where I'm bringing my car.

I was up visiting in grants pass when all of a sudden, a terrible noise was coming from the front right of my engine bay. Not knowing the exact cause, had my suv towed into Tom's early on a Monday. By Monday afternoon they knew what was wrong, had the part is stock and could get me back on the road by end of the next day. They were even complete early and upon pickup, the tech showed me the broken fan from the radiator fan assembly that was basically wobbling away making quite the ruckus. I am so thankful that Tom's was helpful, knowledgeable and quick. They did come highly recommended by some friends so I'm glad I trusted them. If needed, will definitely take vehicles back to Tom's.
