if I could give 0 stars for this greedy, corrupt business I would. I went in for a couple of spots on my leg that was squamous cell cancer. They told me that the only way to really get rid of it was to have radiation on my leg because Mohs surgery would not get it all. so of course I went with their recommendation. Which by the way was the way more expensive option. Since then I have found out from the Cancer Institute, the only way to get it all is to have Mohs surgery so they lied to make more money off of me. That's not even the worst point in this review! They burned the holy he- - out of my leg! I had to go to a wound doctor for a year to get my leg healed because it hurt so bad I would cry at night. My leg looked like hamburger or road rash from a motorcycle accident. Finally the wound doctor sent me to a surgeon for a skin graft, which is a story for another one star review. Anyway 3 years later it no longer hurts but it is scarred for life so I'll never wear shorts or a bathing suit again. Please think twice about going to this place because they are extremely greedy and they don't give a da- - about their patients. Oh I had to pay them $50 every time I went for treatment for months so I asked for a receipt every time and then my last day I also asked for a complete receipt for all the times I went there. It's a good thing I did because they tried very hard to make me pay $800 more, threatening to get a lawyer to take me to court! REALLY? After everything they had done to me and cost me thousands of dollars? I should have sued them myself. read more

Dr. Joe is awesome! But the new office staff is a nightmare! There is no way to get to talk to a person! Everything is done by text. Incompetece is at a level. I have never experienced anywhere! Our insurance was listed incorrectly (thus not paying for my needed prescription)and after working on it for a week, we discovered it was never corrected. What a mess this place is! I hope Dr. Joe moves on. We would love to have him as our doctor again...but right now we have to severe our relationship with this crazy incompetent office. read more

BEWARE!!!!! Called to book my appt, no problems there. Aftrr the dr quickly looked over me not very through by any means he shuffled out the door. I quickly stopped him and said, iI had also booked this appt for a mole removal. Then i was told my appt was not fully for what it should have been initially, so I needed to make another appt to come back to see someone else, Following week I returned for the appt and was told it should have been for the primary Dr and not the person I came back to see. She sorted it out fairly quickly and got another Dr to help, she was very friendly and quick but the assistants came in twice to numb me not knowing it was already done by someone else. Then when I was checking out, the receptionist handed another patient my personal medical record and thank God I was paying attention because I happen to see my name on to of the paper when she took it off the printer and handed it to him. He was just about to walk out the door when I stopped her and she called him back. She embarrassingly apologized to me but there is no way I'm going back to your office after countless issues not only involving injections but my personal medical records. Update .... So I get a recorded message saying my biopsy results are ready and to call back. I've now called 6 times, left 4 messages and NOTHING!!! I decided to call the front desk and let them know and she transferred me to the same extension ive been calling but this time instead of getting to leave a message it juat hangs up on me. I called right back and now they wont even answer my call!!! How is this place even in business!!! I am calling the local news station to report what's going on and probably the dermatology board because now they are holding my medical records and results from me! This place is a joke! They deserve every star. They accidentally booked my four year old with a non pediatric doctor and had us wait quite a bit longer than expected which was upsetting. I was complaining like a chump and they explained everything and owned it 100%. Then they went the extra mile and got another doctor to take him right then. This is what great service looks like everyone. Expect good things from this practice. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Ryan Johnson did a terrible job on my cyst removal. Told me there would be no visible hair loss. Turns out he used the wrong surgical technique (elliptical) and I now have a very obvious bald spot and permanent hair loss from the skin that was removed. He has no business doing surgery on anyone but their main surgeon had to reschedule because the staff scheduled him during his prayer time and wanted me to wait an entire month for another appointment. Unprofessional front office and Dr Ryan Johnson botched my procedure. 0/10 read more

I don't know about other practitioners in the East Valley office, but my experience with Amber was very bad. Not only did she kept calling my son who has Autism a wrong name during the 1st visit (also in a recent call she gave me), but she seemed to be in a rush and did not listen to my son's history with bad eczema and the reason he was prescribed a controlled topical cream. Unfortunately, the dermatologist who 1st saw my son from another company no longer takes his insurance, so I had to find this place. His 1st dermatologist was the one who finally was able to find this medication as the last resort before going to injections, so she gave me 6 refills that should last a year. I was thinking this would be a similar experience in this office, but I was WRONG. Amber did not provide any information about the medication or that she expected to last me for 6-12 months one prescription, which for his condition does not. I already had told them I would be going to another dermatologist, but she called me today that she would have to see him and stating to explore other solutions. I already had told her in the 1st visit about the many prescriptions my son tried and nothing worked. Amber call to suggest possibly injections!!!! Yeah right! Try to tell that to a kid and especially one with special needs!!! Horrible service!!! In tokay's call I felt like Amber just wanted me to go to pointless appointments! read more
