So I called my order in at 8:37p. Got here at 8:50p to pick up my food. At 9:10 they brought out my food over 30 minutes after the order only for my order to be wrong. I'm sitting here still waiting on food that was called in so I wouldn't have to wait. I love the fried rice here. It is my favorite think. Odd to say about a wing restaurant I know! I have eaten here a bunch of times and have only had one not amazing experience. I honestly understand why people say some of the cashiers have an attitude. But the management does almost always have a sign up that they are hiring people with good attitudes. So I give them credit for trying. Any who Kourtney is one, if not the best cashier they have she's super sweet and always makes sure your order is right. I gave them one star since the food is OK. Ameri Bistro across the way food is better and way more professional. The place is hood and I do not understand why they even take orders over the phone since they never fix it till you get there. If I could give this ghetto fab place 0 stars I would. Before you even make it to the counter to order you have to get pass DVD man who has his little shop set up in a corner of the restaurant trying to sell you his dvds or a coach purse. Made it to the counter and I ordered the the wing combo half lemon pepper and half hot. Wait time was 10 minutes. The fries were warm and the chicken wings were cold. I took my order back explained what was wrong. I asked if I could have them cooked fresh and the cashier said no problem. The wait time this time was 4 minutes( since when can you cook chicken in 4 minutes) anyways I sat down the fries were hot and fresh and the chicken wings were the same ones I returned. They refried them which made them hard like rocks I guess they think I wouldn't notice, but I did...smh. Made an order over the phone, they didn't start cooking it until I got there, which is pointless. That defeats the purpose of ordering over the phone in the first place. Then to top it off, I had to go to leave to find an ATM because they don't accept AMEX. That's something they could have told me over the phone. my boyfriend and I stop by this place we order wings and shrimp fried rice which was or the wings are not seasoned and the rice was blend. They don't have a friendly greeting the girls uniform are very inappropriate it's okay to have a job and you can wear shorts and leggings but if you have to keep pulling them and pulling up the leggings it shouldn't allowed because you are dealing with food.
