So I have had them come twice now to work on some different projects. I have been very happy with the quotes I have received and the work done by Jose and his partner. I have found being specific about how you want the foliage to look post trimming helps them a lot. The first time they came by I did have to do some cleaning up after them but it was just some left over leaf piles here or there. The second time I mentioned it and they were cautious about that. He was very professional and beat ALL other estimates I received. This morning he and his team arrived ON TIME and had the entire project including cleanup completed in only 2 hours. we contracted with A-1 tree service. The first day they showed up late and they did not complete the work. The owner said they would return in three days later and gave a date and a time but they did not show up. After a few phone calls with no answer and a couple text messages with no response I'm posting this review. They advertise that the staff wears masks but neither of the two people that were at our house wore masks. they also advertise the except credit cards but after the work was complete they insisted on cash Nice and friendly people but not dependable, do not rely on them to follow through read more
