Got a response quickly, and setup an appointment within the same evening. Adam was our service tech, and he was clean (putting on shoe coverings since our house is no shoes inside), explained what the issue was, and was direct with the total cost. The part was ordered for what was shown to me online, and later we scheduled a followup appointment to have the part installed. I had to prepay for the part, but labor will be charged after job was complete. It was about 1 week later for the next appointment. I'm so happy that my fridge works again, and the entire process didn't cost me an arm and a leg. LG Fridge Linear Converter on the hand, please do better :P
