Talked to them ten days ago. They were off last week. I described exactly what the situation was…read more(leaves, algae, last service burned out the pump then dropped me when I refused to pay them $2400 to install a new one, and refused to help me when I found another way). I hid no detail. Well, he came today. First thing was, he didn't know if he could get his equipment into my back yard (never had a problem with anyone else about that). Next, like it was a big freaking surprise, he said the pool was green. (No kidding, Sherlock.) Then he says the pump isn't sufficient for my pool (but gee it worked fine--same model--for three years). Turned around and left. Refused to consider a one time cleaning so I could maintain it myself. Not sure what their issue is, but I have maintained my pools in the past. It is not rocket science. I cannot now because I am almost 70 and disabled. They wasted my time because they knew the situation, came out, saw, and announced they would not help me. So unless your pool is basically perfect and you really don't need much help, maybe keep looking.

The pools were turning green, growing algae, full of leaves, bottoms covered in old leaves and debris...we were left in dire straits. I called multiple pool companies over the course of several days and could not get anyone to help us, most not answering the phone, most not returning calls from voice mails. And then by the grace of God, we found Blue Oasis. They answered the call, and in our emergency, worked their schedule aroubd to come out to BOTH pools the same day. I can only imagine that this was quite difficult on their part, but they made it happen. The job they did to get these pools operational was superb, and we are so, so grateful. Customers for life!

There are always repairs that go unanswered however they continuously send techs who are unable to complete their job bc the repair still hasn't been done. This is a MANAGEMENT problem! not a tech problem but he money farms his costumers despite the lack of service actually being conducted.
