I was very happy with his reasonable price and with the integrity of his work. The door locks worked well. One of the doors stopped working after a few weeks. Rude,rude rude! Went into Victory Auto Glass, was told to go to the dealership to order a part for windshield which included the rubber and the dealer said I didn't need the whole part! Just the rubber.Went back to Victory Auto Glass to tell him I have the rubber and he insisted that I need the other part.And he got very rude and obnoxious and he told me to go to a body shop.It was an easy fix and he turned it into a big rude experience!I would not tell anyone to go here!He made an inexpensive job into a very expressive job. read more

Al is a nice guy but he lied. I took my car into Al after reading the great reviews here on Yelp to repair my driver's side window. It dropped down while I was trying to roll it up. Al quoted me $125 for parts and labor after saying I needed a NEW regulator. Agree to price and got the work done. Everything was fine for 6 days but my window dropped down again. Returned the car to him and he initially proposed to just keep the window "stuck up" but then he changed his mind (all in one breath), to seeing what the deal was with the window. He fixed it but exactly 2 weeks later, my window dropped again. This time, I'm conflicted as to what to do because I don't want to take it back to Al because obviously some faulty work was done. I took my car to another mechanic who has been doing some engine work so that I can pass the smog inspection. I asked him to check out the window and do whatever repair that needs to get done on it. In the midst of taking the car door apart, my mechanic immediately called me and told me "whoever did your window did NOT replace the regulator." So Al didn't do what he said he was going to do. He lied and performed faulty work for when I picked up my car from my mechanic after it was repaired, he showed me the original regulator. He explained that firstly, Al did NOT install a NEW regulator. In fact, he simply did a faulty fix on the original regulator by tying a knot on one of the wires which is something no mechanic should ever do. My car guy further told me Al even went as far as writing on the panel, on the inside of the door "new regulator replaced on 12/7/18". Really, Al? You know you did not replace the regulator with a "new" one let alone, replace it all so why write that lie? I contacted BBB and Al has yet to respond. Al, I just want my money back. I held off on writing this review since December because you're such a nice guy or seemed to be and I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to get your attention somehow. Please, let's resolve this and refund my $125. Thank you. read more

Recently, I dug an old vehicle out of storage (after 5 years) and was slowly in the process of getting her roadworthy again. However, the back window wasnt working properly and i was afraid that if i rolled it down, it wouldnt go back up...leaving the vehicle open. (yikes) So early one morning i went down to A-Victory Auto Glass WITHOUT an appointment. Albert greeted me with a smile & proceeded to diagnose the rear window problem...(which on a ford Bronco, is NO EASY FEAT!!) Due to sitting in storage for several years, there was some corrosion on the tailgate & the electrical system was less than functional. After a couple hours of fancy footwork, Albert not only got the widow working again, but cleaned & serviced the entire rear window system!! Now it works perfect, and theres nothing better than driving on a warm day with the back window down!! I called this place at 1:30 on a Saturday not realizing that he closed at 1. He was still nice enough to ask what he could do for me and I told him all I needed was my rearview mirror glued back on to my windshield. He asked me how soon I could be there and when I said 15 minutes he told me to just come by. I ended up sending my dad with my car to get it done. Not only did he do the mirror for almost $30 less than another place had quoted but switched out my broken driver side door handle with the back passenger side (he of course asked my dad first) for no charge. As good and honest as it gets. A couple of years ago the passenger side power window stopped working on my Dodge Caravan and a friend recommended A-Victory. Albert got the job done the same day at an unbelievably reasonable price. A few days ago my driver's side window stopped working. Yesterday, I went over there unannounced around 8:30 in the morning. After diagnosing the problem Albert quoted me a very reasonable price for a new window motor (installed) or an even better price if he just rebuilt the current one. I'm cheap, so I went for the rebuilt option. Turns out he actually had one on-hand and I was out of there by 10:00am with a working window for under $100. Wish to hell this guy did more than just windows, because I'd be taking everything on wheels to him. read more

This place was awesome. I brought my car in for a simple re-attachment of my rear-view mirror. It's been so hot here the original bond finally broke. ('86 Old's Cutlass) I tried 3 times to re-attach with rear-view mirror adhesive, did all the steps exactly to no avail. I went here upon a recommendation from a friend, and he did not disappoint! He had this kit with a few different products in it, cleaned the spot, sprayed some adhesive, readied the mirror, and re-attached it. He then oiled up that old mirror, put it in place, and voila! That bad boy is not going anywhere. Highly recommended, this guy knows his work. 3 minutes & $12 later I left a happy customer. I should've just gone there in the first place... I spent more on my 3 tries, not to mention time wasted, than if I just went here. My new auto glass destination. read more
