People are HORRIBLE! Don't go here, I went to sell my $600 AirPod Max and MacBook Pro and they gave me an offer of $1k. Then they started assuming my stuff was fake and that I stole it before I even decided. Bad neighbor! My husband and I are elderly and handicapped. Truck renters park in front of our house constantly (we are right next door to their parking lot), when I ask the car owners why they park in front of my house instead of using the parking lot, I am told the employee at the Uhaul advise them to park in the street instead of using the parking lot to ensure someone driving a truck does not ding their car door, meanwhile the Uhaul employees use the parking lot. Next time you rent from them consider the inconvenience to the person who live there that maybe elderly, handicapped or even a parent with kids... any of them could have groceries and unable to get them to the house because they have to park a block away, or if it's raining or snowing and have to walk a distance to get home because the Uhaul rental at this location is not providing parking for their customer. read more

Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had with a pawn shop in my life. Not only was the guy who helped us rude as all get out he was also lowballing us on the value of the item we were selling. He's going to turn around and sell that item for triple what he paid us which is almost the market price. If I could rate zero stars I would. This is not the first time they've lowballed us either. We had sold 2 other electronic devices to them to which we were only paid $35!!! Both items we're almost brand new and valued at well over $100 for one and the other was $300. We were offered $5 for the $100 item and $30 for the $300 item. I hope this place gets investigated for anything and everything. They are the worst place to take your business, please learn from our mistakes. read more

i'm from out of town and this is the worst pawnshop I have been in and I shop all over the country talk to the gentleman the day before about 40% half dollars quoted me between four and five dollars each when I came in the next day he took a look at them I have 56 coins told me that they weren't silver When I proceeded to show them on conflation but they are 40% silver he seemed very agitated read more

These guys give you such little money on the sale price of any item. Whatever the find is the absolute price someone is selling something for even if the product for sale is in deplorable condition and yours in in good condition, they will give you 5% maybe 10% of what that is. They actively try to rip you off. I would avoid this place at all cost. read more

A while back i tried selling some stuff here. Literally tryed to lowball me and give me next to nothing for what i was trying to sell ( it was a printer and i believe a phone, they even thought i was bringing some bomb into the place, talk about making someone feel comfortable at an establishment). They were just rude and uncaring. The pawn shop on westport avenue is a much better option, and there are guaranteed places in bridgeport that are much better then this place. Just dont go here theyre snobby, theyll treat you like garbage and theyll be unwilling to work with you. read more

I would not even give this place 1 star - they absolutely suck. Didn't have a U haul truck we had reserved weeks prior. And were nasty acting like it was our fault. They had the reservation but not the truck. They seriously need to go back to school and customer service. read more
