He always charged me a fair price which is why I respect him a lot. I've never had a BS service recommended by him. Everything is "hey, look at this" or "this is what is wrong". Awaited for 3 hours, the service technician told me that I have (x2) worn-out camber bolts, and that I need them replaced or the rear driver-side alignment can not be performed. After viewing the service quoted, the quote was for over $1000!!!! They even spelled the word BOLT wrong as BOKT, and the 7030066 part number isn't even the correct part for my car. I searched for the exact bolts online, and the lowest I could find was $12 each, while the Firestone price was $129.99 each. I called them back, and they told me the quote was not a mistake and that it is what it costs. I took my car to a different Firestone tire and had my alignment done without ANY PROBLEM!!!!! The service technician told me the car is ready, and the before and after alignment printout was printed out for me without any questions. When I asked how my cam bolt condition is, they said there's nothing wrong with any of them. I am, never going back to this place again.

My local mechanic told me my motor is toast and needs the motor rebuilt which will cost minimum $4500! So I decided to call Mesa Wesr again and talked to the owner Norm and told him about the issue with my motor. He was very friendly and scheduled a service for my bus so they can diagnose the problem. After being in his garage a few days he called me and told me all I needed was for the heads to be retorqued, valves adjusted and carburetor cleaned and my motor is good to go. My total cost was less than $500 and bus never drove so smoothly and powerful! I can't say enough about this honest shop and their entire crew who are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. Because of that, I came back for multiple oil changes. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was completely different. I was charged a high price for what should have been a simple oil change and cabin/air filter replacement, and I ended up waiting about two hours for the work to be completed. After talking it through with someone more familiar with car maintenance, it became clear that I was likely overcharged for a job that should have been quicker and more reasonably priced. What made the experience worse was the interaction before my appointment. When I asked for clarification about being told I may need "air," EU laughed at me for asking. I'm neurodivergent and sometimes take things more literally, so I was just trying to confirm whether I was being charged for something that is often free. Instead of explaining, I felt mocked for asking a simple question. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable or confident returning here. I'm sharing this as a caution for other customers--especially women and neurodivergent people--who may not be as familiar with car maintenance and rely on mechanics to be honest, respectful, and transparent.

Their prices are also very competitive as I usually get quotes from multiple shops before deciding on one to use.

I came to them to replace a mid pipe on my car. Just to be clear it's a mid pipe that goes along…read morethe bottom of the car and has two flanges each flange has two bolts there's no cutting there's no welding it is literally taking four bolts out and down comes the meat pipe you then put the stock one back to the car with the same four bolts and I'm good to go. When I put the modified mid pipe on the car I paid $40 this clown wanted $220 to swap them back again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DECENT!
