THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! We had an appointment at 11:30am for a smog check and we were out by 11:37am! That's only 7 minutes and we were done!! Amin & Jesus gave us big smiles and a warm handshakes when we left. This will be our go to place for all of our family vehicles! Highly recommend! read more

I had to drive all of the way from Las Vegas to Barstow to smog my car. I chose this place because it had a 5 star review. I'm so glad I did. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I brought my vehicle in because I too live in Las Vegas and I was looking for quick and friendly service. This place totally lives up to it's name. By the time I took a stroll to find a restroom, I waited maybe 10 extra minutes and everything was done! Amin is a very nice guy and he has great customer service. He even gave me an amenity for the road trip home! The facility was clean as well as the area outside. I drove about 40 miles for a smog here and I was very pleased! The man that helped us, Amin, was very friendly and professional. They were quick and had us in and out with no problems! I highly recommend going here!!! This business is doing everything right and has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I received a notice from DMV to get my CA. vehicle smogged but I'm no longer in CA. My vehicles are still registered in CA. but I'm now in NV. I called this place which was listed nearest to NV. I went down to visit the place and spoke with Amin prior to going. He took care of getting the smog completed, he was professional and took care of the work in a timely fashion. I took my car here today for its biennial smog test, required to complete the registration. When I arrived at approximately 8:30AM, there were no other cars getting tested. I was greeted with a warm and enthusiastic hello by the smog technician named Jesus. After I filled out an invoice with my general information, he got started on my car. I called the previous day and spoke to Amin, the owner. I asked if there were any online coupons I could use to get a discount. He said they do not have any, but he would give me a $5 discount for asking. Today, the smog test turned out good. My car passed!! I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to anyone getting a smog check because of the excellent service they provide. The technician named Jesus was very efficient in performing the inspection of my car. He was also very pleasant. After my smog test was done, I asked him for directions to the DMV. Now, the bad part. I did not have an appointment at the DMV and had to wait an hour and 45 minutes before I was finally called. I was ready for lunch by the time I left the DMV. read more

BEWARE and STAY AWAY! This place is dangerous…read more Everyone here was very friendly, but the state in which they returned my car was dangerous and so I have to leave this review. I brought my car in while I was en route to Nevada and the Low Engine Oil Level light came on in my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. I asked for an oil change, and while they were doing the oil change, they offered to rotate the tires for free. I didn't have the wheel lock key, so ended up telling them to not worry about it. However, they found a way to remove the wheel locks. The lady who took my payment noted that her husband had wanted to remove my tires to examine my brakes in the hopes that I needed new brakes. Which I didn't, so at least they didn't tell me that I needed new brakes. After the oil change, the Low Engine Oil Level light stayed on, so I figured there was something else that was the issue, so brought my car into the dealership to take a look after driving ~1K miles through NV and CA. The dealership noted that I had NO OIL showing up on my dipstick, and I was lucky that I hadn't done any damage to my car. After the dealership topped off my oil, the light went away. So I wonder ... what in the heck did Lube Express do for my oil change if there was no oil showing up on the dipstick?? Additionally, I just realized that one of the tires was missing the wheel lock and two of the lug nuts!! So that wheel was attached with 2 of 5 lug nuts. SO IN SUMMARY: I went to Lube Express for an oil change. I left WITHOUT oil in my car and with one of my wheels attached with two lug nuts (out of five). Yikes. I will NEVER go here again, and for your safety, much less just not getting ripped off, would recommend that you don't bring your car here either!
