We placed in inquiry on Yelp and Eric was the first to respond to replace a failed water heater at my parent's home. He asked for photos of the existing water tank and was able to fit us in the next morning. The price was very reasonable, and the techinicians were there at 0830 the following morning. There was some communication lapse as I had thought Eric was going to call my brother since he lives in the same house as my parents, but my brother never received a call.
