He asked for photos of the existing water tank and was able to fit us in the next morning. The price was very reasonable, and the techinicians were there at 0830 the following morning. There was some communication lapse as I had thought Eric was going to call my brother since he lives in the same house as my parents, but my brother never received a call. In any case, I did let my brother know of the scheduled time of the replacement. The work was done in a little over an hour and they did a very nice job. 100% satisfied! Had a crazy pluming problem 1st thing in the morning. Found Eric on yelp, called him up and was here within 30min. All my pluming was clogged, Eric did everything possible to fix the problem from my end, as we found out that the problem was coming from the attach unit on the side. I was extremely impressed with his patience to keep trying and wait for the tenant on the other side to come and open his unit. Finally he was able to enter the other unit and fix the problem.
