After delays of several weeks and complete lack of response to phone calls, A-1 Tree Care crew finally arrived at our home this morning for trimming backyard trees. As per the proposal and estimate, the job was supposed to be completed in next 2 days. Once here, the crew demanded double the estimate amount. I tried to contact the manager (who provided the estimate and scheduled the job) but he did not pick-up the phone or respond to text messages.
